The best part was a single car garage attached to the unit. Otherwise, it was filthy and we couldn't use the main level bathroom as a result. Another good thing was the linens and towels. Very clean and fresh. I really hate the way tripadvisor has changed. The resort is in a nice neighborhood and it was nice to walk around. Would not return.
Great location between Park City and Salt Lake. Good value for points and held our family of 5 easily. Everything was a bit dated and some of the amenities looked like they needed a facelift, but the pool, hot tub, sauna, and clubhouse were great. Don’t recommend the “gym” as it was straight out of the 70’s with no AC. Unit was comfortable with the top bedroom needing the AC on to cool it off but even in the 90’s we were able to cool it to 70 and below. Will look to come back in a few years.
Like many older properties, this one appears to not be getting the $ needed from HOA dues to be able to keep up with maintenance. We spent most of our time at our friend’s timeshare at the Westgate, as their pool was in great shape. Great location, but the property needs some love. The kids did love the games/puzzles offered.
The condo that we were in was geared more towards a family with kids. There was only one large bed which meant one of us had to sleep in a twin bed which was not as comfortable. The condo was nice that it had a garage where we could put the car at night. It was a quiet resort which gave us the relaxation we were looking for. It was close to many attractions.
Circle J Club is the best organized RCI affiliate that I have ever stayed in, and I have booked 20 resorts with points and 4 resorts with cash over the past few years. Our unit was sparkling clean. We were amazed with how clean the unit was, considering that the tenants these past 5 months had been skiers who are notorious for being ruthless guests on floors and furniture. I think what impressed us most is how every detail for guest comfort had been placed in the units.
Outdated as money has not been spent to make necessary improvements. Sinks were disgusting, kitchen formica had been painted (!). Needs upgraded plumbing fixtures and countertops. Bed was very worn. Furniture was generally nice. The stairs were inconvenient from the garage to the main floor then from the main level to the master bedroom. Located in a beautiful area of Park City, convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. Washer and drier provided but in garage.
The resort is disgustingly outdated; we would NEVER spend money to stay in a hotel in this condition. The pool area was completely unsafe with broken tiles all around. The idea of painting kitchen counters is completely unacceptable. The carpeting is absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves renting time shares that people pay maintenance fees to be maintained.
Great check in, communication and location. Manager and team was top notch. Internet was fast and reliable for work / play vacation. Furniture and units need updating, but everything was there in good working order. Only complaint was heat was high on top floor, where they have a recirculating system, but still needed window open.
This resort has a great front office staff. Overall all good location for Park City. We came to ski and had another couple staying close to slopes, so it worked because we were able to leave our car in front of their resort. I don’t know how it would be if we had to find parking. Roads leading to this resort were not well maintained and cleaned when it snowed and we had some problems driving in pm. If you travel during the winter get 4x4 car, we didn’t have one and got stuck twice trying to make our way up icy hill to our unit.
The only ac was in the upper bedroom and it was a window unit. Being 3 levels and the fact that heat rises, the lower level was great, the 2nd level (kitchen and living room) was warm, and the upper level (bedroom and bathroom) was hot. You can keep the bedroom reasonable if you run the ac all day and keep the door closed. The rest of the 3rd floor was hot.
