Detailed Reviews
Originally we were happy to be there. It is a great location and it has a Garage so we liked it because we could keep the Mountain Bikes in it. Then the trouble started. First we had dirty dishes in the dishwasher, then they shut the water off TWICE with No Notice in THE MORNINGS. Both times we had people in the Showers. THEN the upstairs Toilet started leaking through the ceiling and onto the Bed in the bedroom below. It was so gross. It had obviously been repaired prior to this and not fixed correctly. It was had silicone all around the toilet base, so they did that rather than replacing the was seal. The ceiling had evidence of prior water damage. Oh and the Balcony had s sign saying do not enter under construction. It was old and needed repair. They did finally give us a better unit after 6 days so we got ONE night in a better unit.

The unit was fine, with a nice gas fireplace, working appliances, several TVs, blazing fast wifi (over 140 Mbps), and having its own garage connected to wifi so you can use a smartphone as an opener was very nice. Unit was looking its age in areas, though. Bath tubs/showers drained very slowly, looked like they had a bit of a film on the surfaces, walls looked like they were re-painted on the cheap (poorly patched/sanded, other areas of paint roller errors on wooden beams never cleaned off) and, surprisingly, the two electrical boxes from where a light fixture and switch used to be, right by the bunk beds at the top of the stairs, were uncovered. Overall it was fine for my purposes, but not all that upscale. Glassware and silverware had residue from the dishwasher. Not sure if they just needed to refill rinse agent, or do a cleaning, but it was noticeable both from the cupboards, and after running a load. Location would have been convenient, right by the clubhouse, but the pool and hot tub were not available, so I had no need to use the clubhouse. Washer/dryer was in the garage area, but vented directly into the garage, so there was a dense fog until I partially opened the garage door to allow for air circulation, when running the dryer with a wet load of clothing. Easy to get to the ski resorts from there, and the park and ride was just a couple minutes away so I didn't have to hassle with traffic or parking to use Park City Mountain resort for skiing.

The only ac was in the upper bedroom and it was a window unit. Being 3 levels and the fact that heat rises, the lower level was great, the 2nd level (kitchen and living room) was warm, and the upper level (bedroom and bathroom) was hot. You can keep the bedroom reasonable if you run the ac all day and keep the door closed. The rest of the 3rd floor was hot.

This seemed the perfect get away for my self, my daughter and granddaughter. We could cook in and play games and watch girl shows in our PJ’s?and hike during the day.
Sadly only some of this happened but in a very, repeat very filthy and broken down condo.
When calling after sending the attached pictures to the young lady who is the manager, her response was, oh it’s been deep cleaned! Really? What about the broken items, so you just forgot about cleaning for the previous year prior to our stay?
Unit 43. Stained, food and dirty tissues in the fold up bed, carpet that we would only walk on in shoes, heat vents so full of dirt, food, hair and even a charging cord for an iPhone in one that we had to clean them out to get rid of the smell! Broken window blinds, closet doors and towel bars to name a few items that were flat out broken. We had cleaned a number of things, the couch trash and food and air vents before it dawned on us to snap some pictures. Ps the pool was approximately 84 degrees not the 87-88 it was supposed to be! Too cool for winter use, hope that has changed.
The garage was filthy, the washer and dryer were in the garage. It had not been swept or the cobwebs removed since perhaps last spring. The garage door was covers and it hung down from the bottom of it, so no running out under it!

3rd time I have stayed here over the last 12 years and the units get worse each time, I di not know what they are doing with the owners maintenance fees but they are not being used to update the units. Hot tub only worked once while there due to a bad boiler that the resort staff said was to be replaced while we were there but that didn't happen. Garage door did not function well, took multiple tries to open close it. The clubhouse which used to require a key to use is now open to the public because there is nothing to keep them out so local kids are using it all the time. And last but not least we were expected to vacuum and sweep up the unit upon checkout, in all the years I have owned and traded time shares I have never been asked to do that. Location is great, close to Canyons side of PC but if I have other options to stay in PC I will not stay here again.

Circle J Club is the best organized RCI affiliate that I have ever stayed in, and I have booked 20 resorts with points and 4 resorts with cash over the past few years. Our unit was sparkling clean. We were amazed with how clean the unit was, considering that the tenants these past 5 months had been skiers who are notorious for being ruthless guests on floors and furniture. I think what impressed us most is how every detail for guest comfort had been placed in the units.

The resort is disgustingly outdated; we would NEVER spend money to stay in a hotel in this condition. The pool area was completely unsafe with broken tiles all around. The idea of painting kitchen counters is completely unacceptable. The carpeting is absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves renting time shares that people pay maintenance fees to be maintained.

Great location between Park City and Salt Lake. Good value for points and held our family of 5 easily. Everything was a bit dated and some of the amenities looked like they needed a facelift, but the pool, hot tub, sauna, and clubhouse were great. Don’t recommend the “gym” as it was straight out of the 70’s with no AC. Unit was comfortable with the top bedroom needing the AC on to cool it off but even in the 90’s we were able to cool it to 70 and below. Will look to come back in a few years.

This resort has a great front office staff. Overall all good location for Park City. We came to ski and had another couple staying close to slopes, so it worked because we were able to leave our car in front of their resort. I don’t know how it would be if we had to find parking. Roads leading to this resort were not well maintained and cleaned when it snowed and we had some problems driving in pm. If you travel during the winter get 4x4 car, we didn’t have one and got stuck twice trying to make our way up icy hill to our unit.

Like many older properties, this one appears to not be getting the $ needed from HOA dues to be able to keep up with maintenance. We spent most of our time at our friend’s timeshare at the Westgate, as their pool was in great shape. Great location, but the property needs some love. The kids did love the games/puzzles offered.

We were only in our unit. It seemed clean and neat. The garage area was not as clean, but the garage door didn't seal tight and some leaves and dirt always get in do to the wind. I don't expect a garage to be spotless. There were some minor things--like the bathroom floor where it appeared someone wore spike heels and damaged it, but even that was fairly minor we thought.
