We had an exceptional experience, from our late night check in to our iffy departure during a snowstorm the staff were helpful and accommodating. Our 2-bedroom suite with full kitchen, dining and living space was perfect for our blended family and the valley view was spectacular. The location was perfect for families and the hotel shuttle for local attractions was an unexpected bonus. Our only complaint would be the food which was not great and pretty expensive for what it was, but we were able to prepare and eat a lot of our meals in our room. Overall, the experience was just what we had hoped for. Would highly recommend for families looking for a traditional ski vacation.

Incredible amenities, and unparalleled service. Will return every year. The entire staff was extremely accommodating. Our suite was absolutely amazing, and the views are unbelievable. The spa was spectacular. Cynthia, and Melinda were so welcoming and helpful. The valets were prompt, and efficient. I would highly recommend this as an annual trip. Thank y'all so much

The attraction is proximity to lifts and a friendly and helpful staff. After that, as with the slopes outside, it was all downhill. The studio room was tiny, even by Motel 6 standards--a rough walkoff was about 10-11 feet wide. The advertised size appeared to include a large outdoor patio--of little use in ski season. SPARSELY furnished--no reading chair, no tables, a desk so small that the ice bucket and coffee maker (placed there for lack of other furnishings) consumed about half of the working surface No concierge. Book a local restaurant? Help with airport shuttle? You're on your own. No house computers or printers for guest use. No daily chambermaid service. No no etc. etc. Despite pretensions (and premium prices) of luxury, the hotel is basically a large facility providing standard ski lodge accomodations and services. For those looking for 4-5 star experience there are better options available.

Perfect location, big room ,good staff… that’s all folks! We stayed at room 002 When we arrived we had to call for cleaning the WC, ….. incredible dirty, filthy .. Unbelievable. Never happened to us before anywhere else. The coffee machine ha d greasy rests, the table clothe with food rests, the carpet dirty. The mattress too old with a bumpy side Price expensive versus quality!! I would spect a lot more!!

This hotel is very remote with limited amenities for a “ski-in ski-out” hotel. Ski concierge is practically useless, shuttles do not run to downtown Park City, and the staff is insulting. I’ve never written a negative review in my life and I am compelled to write this on the last day of my stay. The manager was called after we had an issue with a shuttle leaving us and after we asked for any type of compensation (drink tickets would’ve been fine!) he actually stormed off and yelled something as he left. Strange and awkward stay in an extremely lackluster hotel. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel has very few amenities. They offer shuttle service that never runs. I tried several times for a ride and was told the shuttle isn’t running. Why offer it? Never again. Not worth the price. There are much nicer hotels in Park City. Boring at this resort nothing to do if you aren’t skiing.

We stayed at this resort for 5 days and let me say WOW. The Staff is what makes this resort truly an epic family getaway. The front desk manager (Madison) went way above and beyond for a small issue we had. What she did was truly a Christmas gift to anyone that would be staying there. It was not needed at all and wasn't expecting it. My family was very grateful for that kind act. We are coming back many times in the future. Word of advice for travelers coming to this resort or any other resort, stuff happens all the time. Nothing is 100%. Be respectful to others and great things happen. Hats off to Madison, Ryan, Tiffaneelee for an incredible experience, collaboration and most importantly contributing on making this family trip being awesome! Marys team is all Allstars!

Positives: Closest to ski lifts we have ever stayed. Clean, updated room with excellent 2 bedroom loft layout was perfect for us with adult daughter and 1 year old. Crib provided. Gas fireplaces in bedrooms. Room service is excellent, friendly, and fast. Use Grocery Girls to shop for food delivered before arrival. Negatives: A very nice hotel, not luxurious as stated. No friendly welcome. Entered at the loading dock with front entry under construction. Front desk staff were uninformed about the village offerings. One of two restaurants was closed. On site restaurant has worst service we’ve ever experienced. Without a car we were isolated. Park City is 10 miles away. Grocery store is not walking distance. Local shuttle services area residents mostly. Village has very few restaurants. Don’t expect to return.

Positives: - Ski in/out location. With kids, this is huge. - Rooms are updated and clean. - Friendly and attentive staff. - Very good restaurants within walking distance. - Pool area renovation was perfect (we stayed here 5-years ago). - The 1-bd lock-off offers privacy from the kids and the use of a full kitchen, which makes it easy for late/early meals. - The outdoor renovations (ski beach) turned out great. There are just a few steps now to the lifts. - The hotel seems well staffed, but we stayed before the holiday week. Negatives: -The heated driveway renovation is almost done (lots of snow this season), requiring us to valet (yes, there is a valet) in the garage and not the front entrance. It appears only a 20’ section remains as if this review.

I like the kitchen that connects two rooms. Makes the stay better as I am not looking for restaurants. Bed was good. Room was clean. Bathrooms have plenty of room. I really like having the balcony to enjoy the morning sunrise.
