My husband and I checked into the hotel on Saturday night about 6:30. Chuck, the front desk attendant, was most rude and unfriendly. Thank goodness he was gone the next morning. We were going to be in Panguitch this next weekend. I called to make a reservation, and the woman who answered the phone said that I should just go... More

Dear Guest, I do apologize for the unfriendly behavior this will never happen again to any of our guest. I'm not sure why you were told to book on line we could have made your reservation. Our front desk is being retrained on how to greet our guest and reservations. Please do come back and stay with us again and... More

Rooms are basic. Clean, but rather outdated. I did have to remove about a pound of hair from the bath tub before being able to take a shower. Staff at reception is not friendly. Don't even look at you when you arrive or check out. Receptioniste even stuffed her mouth full with M&M's before talking to me at check in.... More

This motel was fine - room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was the only place in town we could find with a king bed. The had a nice breakfast offering, and the office folks were nice enough. Great value for the off season price.

The actual hotel was just fine. It was clean, conveniently located in town, breakfast was provided, everything in the room worked, the wifi was good, the staff was pleasant while we were at the hotel, the phone worked, the locks were secure, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was free of any plumbing issues and free of mildew or mold,... This is a standard motel experience. It's the only game in town and the price is right. If you are visiting the canyon, this is a good option. Beds, room and breakfast were fine. The only real negative was that our bathroom smelled mildew-y.

Customer service was excellent, friendly, helpful staff! Negative was the curtains had holes in them, allowing morning light to pass through. We arrived late and left late.

Stay here if you want to visit Bryce Canyon. It is less than a half hour drive to the canyon, has great amenities for the price, including a waffle maker (always a plus in our book)!

Our room had no table or closet, while other rooms we viewed, later, did. Electrical sockets were loose. Tried to plug cell phone chargers in and the plugs would fall right back out. All upper duplex plugs were like that. Had to unplug lamps, etc. from lower part of duplex plug to charge cell phones. Beds were very comfortable and... More
