Really friendly owner and rooms were comfortable and clean. Only small issue is the walls are quite thin so a bit noisy probably as it is an original 1950s type motel. Check out the smokehouse across the road for some hearty smoked dinners.

"How far" means you are in a hurry - "DON'T BE" slow down and take a good look for that area has so many wonderful things to see, just take your time -- plus more and take it all in. Wonderful things to see but it is high country and chilly (cold) so be prepared for any kind of weather at those elevations.
