My husband and I stayed here in May 2016 while hiking Bryce Canyon. Upon check-in we were met with one of the owners who was friendly and helpful. He made sure we had everything that we needed. Met his wife the next morning and she was just as sweet and nice. This is a hard working family that own the... More

Upon check in, we met the lovely owners! Very nice family run establishment. They ensured we had everything we needed. The room was cozy and well appointed. You can see the workmanship in the details. I was told we had the newest of the renovated rooms and I was not disappointed. I would stay here again...price was a little high... More

We stayed here based on availability and fairly positive reviews. We couldn't find any positives. We decided not to shower as the tub was disgusting. The tv worked and the sheets looked clean so we stayed....but never again. To add to it our room cost $111!

At first glance it looks like another small town low quality motel, but when you see what the owners are doing to renovate the rooms you will be impressed. While the rooms are small, so is the price. The bathrooms were dated, but post-renovation they are very nice. At the time of our visit they had not yet added laundry... More

Small but clean room. Walking distance to most Panguitch restaurants. Comfortable bed but pillows could be upgraded. Good lighting, lots of places to plug in, fridge, microwave, and good television. Fast Wi-Fi. Would stay here again.

Really quaint family run older style motel in a real wide street western town, great welcome from owner and rooms although older where clean and had what's needed including fridge, microwave ,tv and heating and comfortable bed. The family are slowly renovating and updating as they can do it, we liked the nature of the motel including the setting although... More

We stayed one night before hitting up Zion national park. The room was clean and warm and that's all we needed. I would say it was worth the cost. My only complaints would be the shower head, felt like I was getting powered cleaned, and the wifi could have been better. I'd stay again.

This place is taking advantage of people that aren't able to visit it prior to booking and then finding out what a dump it is upon arrival. Dirty old carpet, I kept on socks on, peeling paint, cracked and missing floor tile in the so called shower. Old tv that hummms. Wall furnace that wakes you up when turning off/on.... More

This is a perfectly adequate motel with clean, fine rooms in a small, charming town. It's perfect for a family road trip to see the amazing scenery. We hunted Easter eggs just outside our door. If you're anxious to get into your room, be sure to communicate that before hand; there was no one there when we arrived and we... More

Know up front that there are currently remodeled and non-remodeled rooms. The remodeled rooms are priced $10 - $20 higher. All the remodeled rooms were taken when I arrived, so I had an older room. The room was clean, but well used, dingy, and a bit cramped with two beds. There was no table or desk. There was a microwave... More
