We stayed in the Cowboy room with neat decorations. What attention to detail and a comfy bed! It has air conditioning too. Dixie was helpful with ideas for things to do in the area with kids. The Junior Rodeo was a hit! A grocery store is conveniently located across the street. The drive between parks is easy and beautiful. Stay... More

We stayed for two nights visiting Bryce and Zion. It is centrally located for these two parks, if you don't want to move a lot. The motel is very little as is the town. The owner is amazing and has great recommendations. You can get tea/coffee in the reception area in the morning. The rooms do not have tea/coffee makers.... More

I was on a quick overnight motorcycle trip from Las Vegas through southwestern Utah. I was looking for someplace to spend the night between Bryce and Zion. I was assigned room 2, which has a western theme. Very creatively decorated and designed. If you like something unique, not Hampton Inn unimaginative, you will enjoy the room. For instance, the bath... More

We have been camping and traveling around the parks in the area. We had a medical emergency requiring my fiancé to have surgery which meant we couldn't fly home as scheduled. We needed affordable places to stay while waiting but had special needs as well since he was recovering. Dale and Dixie were extremely helpful - let us check in... More

We had a themed room and the theme was really cute. It was decorated wonderfully. The location of the motel is nice. We arrived late so the surrounding places were all closed. There was no tv which was okay, no wi-fi, no microwave or fridge and no place to eat. But that was all okay because we had crackers and... More

This cozy locally owned hotel has charm. We rented one of the themed rooms which I highly suggest you do the same. The rooms are clean and come with a refrigerator and microwave. The grocery store is across the street and next got a gas station also. We will be staying again.

This is an older and small place but I gave this place VERY GOOD for several reasons. Very Clean and the owner was very friendly. Even called us a couple days prior and told us of a road closure on one of the routes leading from Zions Park to Orderville. No Satellite Channels but they had several hundred DVDs you... More

Fun little motel in a great location to travel to Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, near food, gas, liquor and gift stores. The owner was very friendly and helpful telling us where to buy groceries, recommending a good restaurant, bakery and giving us a printout of sights at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The theme rooms were a blast!... More

For the price its not bad. The ac unit in the room is mounted high on the wall. It blows in your face all night if in use. I woke up this morning with a sore throat likely from the air blowing all night long into my face. Just a basic room with nothing really great to speak of.

Wife and I were having trouble finding a reasonably priced room for a trip to see the parks. We were very happy to find this small motel. Room was clean and comfortable. Dixie was very helpful in helping us plan the best use of our time at the parks. Grateful for her recommendations. Motel near grocery store and an awesome... More
