This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in!!! We booked a one bedroom suite. The room we booked was not available so we were put into a studio. The traffic noise woke me up at 5 AM. Then, I could hear every time someone in a room around me took a step or opened a drawer or door. I had my white noise machine on too. Road construction started early dumping large chunks of asphalt into a dumpster!! We asked for a quieter room for the rest of our stay, but were told there is not one available. We are Hilton honors members and also weren’t even given the room we booked. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend you stay here. One star for being clean.

Hotel's Favorite
We booked this hotel while in Ogden for a cheer competition. It was wonderful! I needed to work from the hotel on Friday and found that the room was well thought out with plenty of space and tables to get work done. My children spent so much time playing pool and going swimming. They both used the lobby area to sign into their classes. They had little cubicles that were perfect. The breakfast was good. There are plenty of food places to walk to and explore close to the hotel.

After a fast and friendly check-in, we went to our spacious, modern, well-lit room. It included a kitchenette with an almost full-sized refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, sink, and dishwasher. The room was immaculate and there was plenty of storage space. The beds and sofa were comfortable. The heat/AC worked well and was quiet. The disappointment was the cramped bathroom that didn't even provide sufficient places to hang towels. It was also poorly lit for putting on makeup. We had excellent friendly service from everyone. Breakfast was overcooked processed omelets, bagels, and some fruit.

This is a poorly executed hotel idea by Hilton having Home2Suites share a building with Tru, another downscale accommodation. There is only one front desk. The hotel was full everyday and was crowded with guests who seemed indifferent to Covid protocols posted in elevators, hallways and public areas. Our room was clean and comfortable. The maids on our floor were not wearing masks or were wearing them around their chins. We excused ourselves from daily maid service. Breakfast was a sad attempt to offer reheated stale egg & ham sandwiches with no yogurts, juices, milk, and only slices of bread to toast. There were oranges and bananas. We skipped two additional days because it was the same. The location is good, parking adequate, WiFi strong and staff friendly.
