Have stayed at this property a number of times over the past 10 years. Had been a few years since our last stay. We usually travel with our dog and have been satisfied with the acccommodations provided. This trip we had our daughter's dog and booked a room again on our way north. The room we were given was dark, the carpet was stained and smelled. The floor was so disgusting that we avoided putting anything on the floor or walking on it without shoes. The bathroom mirror was held together with black duck tape and the bathtub did not drain well. The TV did ot work--no signal. When we asked about the TV on our way to dinner, the front desk attendant gave us instructions to connect TV as they were changing systems (would have been helpful to receive that information during check-in). Unfortunately, the instructions did not work so never did get the TV to work. We understand the need to charge a pet fee whenever we travel as there may be need for additional cleaning (as stated in this property's policy). The fees that this property collected definitely were not used to sanitize and clean the room we were given. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we book a reservation at this property. There are many options available in the area. Our second night on the road was spent at the Clarion hotel in Ontario, Oregon. This property provided a room that was clean, bright an.d up-to-date

Our first impression was that this was an above-average hotel for its price. A closer look, though, revealed that it was worn and not well cared for. There was a huge hole and dent in the wall where someone had crashed the door into the wall, and some of the edging/trim fell off the wall when we walked in. My husband had to call someone to fix a TV problem that never really did work right and the closet door was off the track and wouldn't slide shut. A dog or child running back and forth above us for a couple of hours in the middle of the night was irritating and one of the hallway doors squealed like a bugling elk every time it was opened. We didn't get much sleep in the two nights we were there. The breakfast was so-so, but nothing to rave about. All in all, I don't think we will stay there again.

The rooms in Comfort Suites are great and this one was no exception. It was spotless and roomy. The breakfast that was served had so many items that everyone can find something good. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is an attached restaurant and the food there was pretty good. Especially the breakfasts.

The first visit to Utah and Ogden was our final destination for the day. Had made reservations online and glad I did as all Hotels in the area was full. This is a very nice Hotel and has an adjoining restaurant with a free breakfast buffet that was fresh and hot with plenty of selections. The room was clean and well cared for, my room was on the 2 floor facing the interstate and there was very little traffic noise. Great choice

After having a very unnerving experience at the Bigelow Hotel my sister and I wanted to find a non-haunted hotel to stay in for the night! We arrived at 11:30 at night with no reservation. Steven was very friendly and got us a room right away. It was clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. We liked it so much we ended up staying 4 more nights! The complimentary breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again.
