Detailed Reviews
Gated, quiet but packed, and office accomodating. Gated park with nice trail walk on paved path near Jordan River. Because of being so crowded people were not picking up after their dogs especially in large dog area. Laundry (expensive $2.00 per load wash or dry), showers clean, but WiFi horribly slow.

I am tired of parks, especially those claiming to be resorts, to advertise wifi when they KNOW its not true. We have tried from 6:30 am to 11 pm for five dsys with no luck. The office wants you to "just forget the network and try to sign on again." I have reviewed hundreds of parks across the US and am tired of false claims. This park does not deserve s good review from me if they aren't willing to be honest about the amenities they claim to have and charge me for.

We all are looking for different things in a campground and value them differently. This is a Sun Outdoor property or affiliation and we have visited other Sun parks but this is overall a big disappointment. Pros: pull-thru site was long, utilities good, staff excellent, easy navigation, and convenient location. Cons: Site ground maintenance was poor, grass and weeds were very high at site, sites are VERY close, and WiFi not reliable. This would be ok for overnight only if we could have pulled all the way up but the sewer was at the rear corner of the lot so we stayed back and unhooked our car. They do offer cabins and other amenities and have potential if you are ok with the very close spacing.

You can’t beat the location, very convenient. However the freeway noise is really distracting. We have stayed at this location 2 years ago and we noticed that things are getting tired and somewhat run down. For instance, the bathroom doors are ill fitting and you can see daylight around the edges, some of the locks barely catch. They also seem to have a large number of full time residents. Some of those spaces were kinda junky looking with lots of stuff stacked all around and extra cars parked however they could fit them in
As others have mentioned, the sites are VERY tight. You really don’t have any outdoor space or room to open your awning. The picnic tables take up the entire grass area which really is more weeds than grass. The large dog run is all gravel and not at all pleasant.
Considering the premium price we paid, I didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth. Other than a swimming pool that was closed for the season there aren’t any amenities. Customer service is highly dependent upon who is working. The two young girls were friendly and helpful, but the older woman who checked me in was really brusque and not welcoming.

Hi Denise, Thank you for visiting and taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate the feedback, and we have some updates to share with you that we think will make your camping experience even better. As we speak (write), we are building a new community pavilion. We are also adding a gaga pit to our playground (and if you haven't played gaga ball yet, we encourage you to try it--kids especially love it). Plus we're putting in a pickleball court, which we know will be a hit with all ages. Now that the weather is getting warmer, our new landscaping crew is hard at work nurturing and trimming to keep things green and beautiful, and we just brought out our resort bikes for our guests to use. We look forward to welcoming you back again in the future to explore and enjoy all the new features.

After staying at the Sun Outdoors RV park, Crown Villa, In Bend Oregon, we were VERY disappointed in this RV park. The spots are so close together with trees in between, that we could only open our awning halfway. The dog park was crushed rock, which not conducive to our pups running on the sharp surface, so why bother. We have a nice looking dog fence that we put up to avoid constant tangling of leashes, but we were required to take it down. The location is right by the highway, and was quite noisy. Additionally, the bathrooms were tired looking. For the premium price to stay here, it didn’t measure up. The Bend location was amazing, had many more amenities and they were flexible and pleasant. Not our experience at this location.

I like this park: it's clean and friendly, and the amenities are good, but it's really close to the freeway, and so it can be noisy, depending on your rv (not sure if the cabins are noisy).
On our last visit (March 2019) it wasn't too crowded, but this time i saw how crowded it was. You are sandwiched in together! But people are basically nice and we enjoyed our neighbors.
I would give it more stars, but it's not the owner's fault, it's the location.

Very tight spaces, weeds that need trimming around the sites and posts that are used to connect electricity and water need maintenance. Cable doesn’t work and Wi-Fi spotty. They have plenty of bath houses with individual full bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), but it is clear they lock most of them so they don’t have to clean them.
Looks like it was once a nice place but going downhill fast.
Don’t be fooled by this being called a resort.
Okay place to spend the night but that’s it.

Hi Therese, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry your stay did not live up to your standards or ours. Unfortunately, we have had cable and internet issues the past few days, which have been reported to the providers to repair. Any closed bathrooms are waiting on parts and will soon be repaired and open when the parts arrive. We appreciate your feedback and are working toward a much better resort experience in the very near future.

We were very frustrated to discover after check-in that we were unable to connect to Wifi. In the office, the unfriendly staff told us the R.V. park was experiencing some “router” problems. We had not been advised of this when we called in advance of our visit or at check-in. The problem was not resolved during our one night stay. We also had only one bar of cell reception. We would not have stayed at this resort if we had been aware of this issue. We were offered an apology but no compensation. Expensive stay especially considering the lack of services.

We stopped here for a quick overnight stay while traveling. We were very impressed by not only the site but how amazing the staff was. Barry and Rick went above and beyond and helped us newbies become confident in backing up our camper. Along with providing input on how best to get to our next destination. The bathrooms and showers are amazing. Thanks for your great hospitality!

Where do I even begin to express my gratitude? We stayed with sun outdoors before we flew out for vacation, while having our RV serviced next door at Bish’s. When we returned, we ran into some trouble with Bish’s and basically lived there for a whole month while waiting.
T Suzie, the sweet angel that she is, was there for us every step of the way. Never failing to offer words of encouragement and a big smile. She went above and beyond with our requests, remembered our names, and tried to make our extended stay as hassle free as possible. Meagon was also extremely notable and kind with our situation. Together, they made our unplanned extended trip bearable.
The park itself is extremely well maintained and clean. Since we stayed through two holidays, we also got to see their adorable, extensive decorations during this time. They take true pride in their work and it shows.
Any park can be an RV park, but it’s the staff who truly bring it to life. Your owners should be proud to have you both on their team. Thank you for treating us like family. We love you!
All the best,
Nicole & Kelsey

I don’t think they have a grilling fire pit, but they do have a bonfire area. We just used our Weber Baby Q for grilling.
During our stay, there was a couple pop- ups, but they were in the far back row up against the fence.
There was a couple people that got the police called on them , and they had to leave. The management said that land loard tenant acts don't apply there.
As for the sprinklers , that's all bill does EVERY DAY. And the grass is still dead.
They exclude u haul s. And trailors. They make you park them completely off their property .
