The outside of the grist mill is naturally aged and very inviting. Will come back with hubby. Cozy. Very reasonable and feels like home. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet and safe. Didn't have breakfast but I heard from others that it was very good and filling. I stayed in a small queen size bed which was perfect. Would get... More

This was a really interesting place to stay. The entire building has elements of the past grist mill interwoven into the various spaces. The rooms were spacious and cozy. There was even a library full of books and board games. The homemade breakfast was wonderful. I would stay there again!

We stayed as a family of four heading south to Monument Valley. The hotel was homely and comfortable and our suite had a bunk bed for the children and a Queen for us. Breakfast was family style and you will make new friends. The staff were very accommodating to breakfast needs and I'd highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed overnight in room 11 which is in the basement. Very comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was upstairs but that didn't bother us. Breakfast is superb. Homemade blueberry pancakes, eggs, sausage, freshly brewed coffee, orange juice and fresh fruit salad plus range of teas. (Watch the temperature change in shower as it can suddenly scorch you if someone turns... More

We stayed one night and loved the room and atmosphere of this place. We arrived kind of late in the day so we went directly to our room. The next morning we were greeted with a great breakfast. French toast, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and OJ. Great start to the day. The young family that owns and runs the place were... More

Booking was easy, we used Expedia. My wife and I are on a road trip to the Grand Canyon, and feel well recharged after staying here. Getting to our room in this quaint b&b was smooth, the place is well run. We stayed at the Corbin suite, and it was amazing. Huge bed, plus an extra twin bed for any... More

This bed and breakfast was a converted mill and still has much of the equipment in place. This equipment is interesting to look at and the owners make you feel that this is your place too. It has a well organized full kitchen for your use and many places you can relax in such as a living room and small... More

Nice small room to use while spending the night. This was a convenient stopping point as my wife and I traversed the southern end of Utah. The room was tidy and the bed comfortable. The sink was outside the bathroom, but this was one of their smaller units. The management was friendly and had room keys laid out for us... More

We are affectionados of the Bed and Breakfast experience. This is a truly great place to spend time relaxing. We had a great room, very comfortable. Loved the way they incorporated actual grist mill artifacts into the decor. We snapped pictures throughout the Inn. On the third floor (yes, there are THREE wonderful floors) we had a claw foot tub... More

We booked online when we were a couple of hours away traveling. Not a lot of places to book in Monticello so we booked before we read everything about this place. My mistake. We r not B&B people, & will not choose again. We had a room on the third floor. Too many steps to carry luggage. My husband was... More
