We got here late but the light was on and our room key was laying on a table when we walked in; as was a reservation for us to choose when we wanted to eat breakfast. When we reached the second level our room door was open and the light was on in our room. What a beautifully appointed and... More

This was a fun place to stay. The Inn still has several items of the old mill throughout the building. The rooms are fairly large clean. The bed was comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and there was plenty to eat. We had our choice of blueberry pancakes, waffles or french toast. This was an... More

We were on a road trip visiting the "Big 5" in Utah. The Grist Mill Inn was a great overnight stop. The innkeepers and staff were welcoming and helpful in finding a local place for dinner. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Our breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The wi-fi was great as well.

They have built a beautiful bed and breakfast which feels like a home from home. The family are very sweet and very genuine. I can't recommend this place enough for your stay in Monticello. There are some great dirt biking trails in the area.

An excellent B&B while you explore Southern Utah's endless back country. Quite tasteful and comfortable with large rooms. Unbelievable value. 3 stories, with different amenities at each level (such as a library at the top level). Excellent breakfast. Far enough from the sole through-highway, so no discernable traffic noise. Very peaceful at night. AT&T customers will get zero bars (so... More

We had a wonderful, restful night! Came in on 4 motorcycles headed for Zion National Park. We parked right out front. It's a quiet, residential street. We'd paid online so we simply selected our keys in the lobby and upstairs we went. We had 4 adults, only 2 of which were okay sleeping together. Our suite had a queen bed,... More

The outside of the grist mill is naturally aged and very inviting. Will come back with hubby. Cozy. Very reasonable and feels like home. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet and safe. Didn't have breakfast but I heard from others that it was very good and filling. I stayed in a small queen size bed which was perfect. Would get... More

This was a really interesting place to stay. The entire building has elements of the past grist mill interwoven into the various spaces. The rooms were spacious and cozy. There was even a library full of books and board games. The homemade breakfast was wonderful. I would stay there again!

We stayed as a family of four heading south to Monument Valley. The hotel was homely and comfortable and our suite had a bunk bed for the children and a Queen for us. Breakfast was family style and you will make new friends. The staff were very accommodating to breakfast needs and I'd highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed overnight in room 11 which is in the basement. Very comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was upstairs but that didn't bother us. Breakfast is superb. Homemade blueberry pancakes, eggs, sausage, freshly brewed coffee, orange juice and fresh fruit salad plus range of teas. (Watch the temperature change in shower as it can suddenly scorch you if someone turns... More
