Our cabin was very nice. We had everything we needed and was a true joy staying here. I would recommend this place very highly. Jerry of Canyonlands Lodging was a true gentleman and very nice to deal with.

We LoVeD the African cabin! We loves the area and the owners really thought of everything when it came to making our trip easy and the cabin ready! So many sweet gestures from having a few bottles of water on the table and a sweet note to having a wide range of dvds to pick from. We can not wait to go back! Thank y’all so much!

From the first glance at the photos online and reading the reviews we knew Canyonview Family Lodge was the rental for us...or hoped it would be as sometimes properties are misrepresented. It is a perfect rental. We did not mind the drive into Blanding or Monticello in order to purchase groceries as we were out and about daily. It is convenient to many national parks and monuments that are spectacular. Photos cannot capture nature’s beauty. The ranch was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Very quiet for sleeping. The kitchen has everything one would need to prepare gourmet meals, not just the basic items found in most rentals. The linens and sheets are excellent quality and we found the ranch to be well cared for and extremely clean. We enjoyed evenings around the fire pit and were pleased that we were able to purchase wood right in the back of the ranch fo $5 a bucket....just leave the money in a can. We spent 7 nights here and if we are ever back in this area would not hesitate to book it again. Thanks!

Loved this place. Needed a place for a night between the AZ border and Moab, convenient to Canyonlands. I stayed in the western wagon and it was SO cozy and clean, a million times better than a motel. Bathroom and water were very close to the cabin. Very clean and modern, they provide towels and even shampoo/conditioner in the shower which is really thoughtful. There was also a whole binder in the cabin of information about the area, suggested itineraries, restaurants, etc, so even if you go without a plan you'll find something to do. I loved getting away from the tourists and being somewhere quiet to see the stars. Just go, they obviously care a lot about guests' experience here and you won't be disappointed.

We stayed at the Ranch cabin gor a week. First the good. It is very convenient to all the beautiful areas, no more than about 2 hours to the furthest one. The cabin is not right next to another one and a decent view from the side windows. Now the bad. First day, called about the tv not getting channels, I know on vacation shouldnt worry about tv, but we didnt want to go anywhere after traveling. They said someone would come by or call, no one did either. On 6th day we decided to rest, went to office about tv. 9 hours later, Jerry the owner came by, didnt even try to fix. Flower pot on front porch was broke with pieces laying on the ground. Jerry(owner) said he broke with snowblower, dont know why he wouldnt want the grounds clean. No access to the fire ring, because of snow, and they didnt bother to blow the short path to it. The back patio had only a small path to the grill because once again they wouldnt remove snow. The front mat was filthy, but was changed out 2nd day. The inside door rug had stains. The dumpster when you come onto the property was almost full when we got there on Wednesday. It was overflowing and they had to pack it down, was still full the next Wednesday when we left. Not a good site to see when entering the property with several rentals on it. After paying almost $1200 for a week we really expected much better. The pics I posted were taken on the 6 day there
