Our week was incredible! Loved the atmosphere. The food was incredible at The restaurant and bakery! The gym was big, clean, and had everything one would need to work out. The room was big and comfortable!
This is not a 4 star hotel. The holiday inn is just as nice, and not as costly. Not impressed at all. Loud halls, broken dressers, super slow service, 10 minute wait time just to speak with front desk from Room phone, 2 hour wait to get our rollaway(even after we requested it hours before.)
Sleep depriving noises, poorly maintained rooms, overcrowded pools and kids running up and down the halls. Spend your money somewhere nicer. The only redeeming quality was the mini golf course. Just go golfing early or you'll have to deal with crowds of kids.
Very nice resort. Comfortable to stay at. It has a very serious bakery that I found to be one of it's strongest attributes for me. The other restaurants were well done as well. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to Midway and Heber City restaurants and stores.
The dimly lit bedroom greeted us with worn, frayed carpet. My baby quickly found all the things on the carpet that someone forgot to vacuum up. There where pen marks throughout the room where some little kid got ahold of a pen. TV was small. And sadly the shower kept turning from hot to cold on me. The handle was also breaking. The pool and mini golf were fun, but if you want to feel like you stayed in a clean, well kept hotel, this is probably not for you. I wish the rooms were better kept and I would be happy to go back, or maybe we just got a bad room
