My sister and I had a much needed relaxing getaway! We will be back and we will be bringing our grandkids with us next time, they will have a blast. So many fun things to do like an amazing pool and even miniature golf! The food was delicious too!
Super location and this hotel as everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pool and my sister and I really, really enjoyed the Spa! Although we came during the shoulder season, Midway and Park City had plenty to do for a weekend getaway. We recommend the Zip Line course and Midway Mercantile.
We have stayed here multiple times around Christmas time. This time we decided to come for Mother’s Day weekend 1- I have tried to call the front desk at least 10 different times and they never answer, so I’ve had to walk there twice when I said something to them they just said oh we’re completely overstaffed this weekend and we only have one person at the front desk. I am now walking down there again. 2- I called an hour ago for extra pillows they has still not arrived. 3- we ordered room service pizza because my kids were hungry after swimming they quoted me 20 to 30 minutes and an hour later the food arrived it cost me $30 and the pizza was only 10 inches. 4- It’s going downhill, and also very outdated. Won’t be coming back ever again
I will start by saying, for getting their best room with a Mountain View room, I got a view of the parking lot. This was my 6th anniversary and it was highly disappointing. The room was dirty, the phone didn’t work when I wanted to order room service. Z’s chophaus was less than memorable. Harrison, our server, didn’t even ask how we were, didn’t ask why we were dining, even though I had written anniversary dinner. No one was wearing masks. And the front desk girl treated me just like another number. I work in hotels, you’re suppose to make the guest feel special. I didn’t know even get a how are you, or anything personal. This was highly disappointing, should have gone to park city!!!
Everything about the Zermatt was great. The Smokehouse restaurant had great food, wonderful waiter, the room was way above my expectation and all the employees I met were super friendly and competent. We liked the putting green and walking around the beautiful grounds.
