Just 3 spots to park your RV plus a cabin. RV spots have full hook-ups. 2 are pull-thru and the third is a back-in. If you have a small group you can take over the whole area for your vacation, it's perfect! We were traveling with another couple and had all 3 RV spots due to a last minute cancellation. The cabin was rented to another group but we never saw them. The spot is gorgeous and landscaped with fun yard art. We arrived quite late due to car trouble but the host was up to greet us and direct us into our spots, and although we were exhausted from an extremely long day, our host was cheerful and accommodating even at nearly midnight. If you are coming to do some off-road riding, there are trails that start right at the campsite, which does mean there is a bit of noise from others accessing the trails but it wasn't too bad. If you've forgotten something basic, town is a short drive away, maybe a mile & half. It isn't much of a town, so try to remember what you need, stock up on food in Cedar City, the closest big town. There was wi-fi but not great, I was able to access the internet via my AT&T cell connection

This was my second stay at the Bullion Creekside Retreat. There were four adults staying in the cabin and it was so fun. The cabin is well maintained and well stocked. I love that Ana fills her bird feeders and that I can sit on one of the porches and take pictures. We see plenty of deer, birds, chipmunks, squirrels, beautiful flowers and darling yard art on the property. The first time there we also saw rabbits but this time, we had wild turkeys on the property. I am not a fan of Hoovers which is one of the only restaurants in Marysvale. We chose to bring all of our own food and cook. There wasn't anything missing from the kitchen that we would have needed. I loved it there and look forward to visiting again. Although I don't have pictures of the cabin to share, I have plenty of what I saw on the property.

The house was nice but no amenities for our friends staying in an RV in one of their 3 rv sites. This is not an RV park as it states on their website. It was located right on the road and very noisey in the house and the rv with traffic from atv's and sxs's all day and evening and early morning.

The cabin is first rate...easily the best in Marysvale. It has 3 BR 2 Bath, Satellite, 2 decks, everything provided including dishes, etc. , full kitchen with all the appliances, spic and span, outdoor furniture, shade trees, creek, meadow,Barbeque, hot tub, fire pit with wood, play ground, Fully books each year ... plan on booking prior year if you have specific dates in mind. The RV park isn't really part of the cabin but sometimes a larger group occupies both. Our RV park is a small, exclusive with 3 spaces. Only rigs with self-contained bathrooms allowed. It sits in a natural environment of fantastic views, natural shrubbery, pine, and cottonwood trees. The spaces are full hookups with 50 amp, 30 amp, and 20 amp service. Two of the spaces have private fire pits, all three have a private picnic table. All the amenities are available except the hot tub which is only for the cabin. The other amenities available include the playground, creek, meadow, and picnic area. From Bullion Creekside Retreat an ATVer can ride directly onto the trail which is about 100 feet from the RV spaces. If you don't like ATVs maybe you shouldn't be in Marysvale because there are ATVs everywhere. There is always the mega RV park right on the busy highway with truck noise and there is always the Walmart parking lot in Richfield. The RV spots usually fully book during the season so book early if you want to be in the best little RV park in town.

This cabin absolutely blew us away. 6 of us drove out to ride the Paiute Trail, we stayed 5 days. Bryan pointed us in the right direction and we had a blast. The most scenic trails I have ever ridden are literally at the end of the driveway. Can't say enough about the cabin. Clean, spacious, and well stocked. Bryan and Ana are fantastic people that truly seem to enjoy making their guests happy. I plan on coming back again and again.
