This is an older motel property but kept up very well. We found our room to be spacious and clean. Parking is right at the door. The desk service was great and gave us extra coffee pods because the restaurant next door does not serve coffee or tea. The fan in the bathtub/toilet area provided heat. The bathroom area included a dressing area convenient to the clothes hanging rack. Our room had both a small freezer and a small refrigerator. It was a great value for the price we paid. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at the Manti Country Village Motel. The first was in August, 2023, and I came back with another group of friends to ride the Arapeen Trail System in September, 2023. The rooms are spacious and very clean. This is one of the few motels who still service the rooms on a daily basis, which is a really nice feature. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is planning a trip to this area of Utah, and especially if you intend to ride the trails with an ATV or UTV, since you can ride right from the motel to the trails, once you purchase the annual Utah ATV permit.

Real nice place. Clean, comfortable, and a nice staff. Road warrior here. I like rooms with outside entrances that I can drive up to without having to lug my work stuff and printer down hallways. The desk in the room was large enough to work from and set all my stuff on. Yes, a nice place and nice folks.

Everything about this place is great. The complaint I have is that I brought a pet. When I was already on the road they called to tell me they had to charge me a 100 pet fee because they said that they put the black light on the carpet and there was urine all over. First of all my pet is potty trained and most of the time she was in her crate. I am the type that would of let them know my dog had a accident. Housecleaning was in there everyday. They would have noticed and smelled it. Carol at the front desk had already charged my credit card. I talked to her and explained it was water from the ice chest. She was good about it and reversed the charge. My advice if you take a pet and you have any kind of other spill to let them know. The owner, housekeeper and front desk were awesome. Carol was doing her job but just jumped the gun. She did make it right. We would stay their again.

Amazingly accommodating and very friendly. From the time I placed my reservation, they communicated directly with me regarding a mistake I made with the date of the reservation. The room was very comfortable, quiet and CLEAN. We enjoyed the stay and felt at home.

Loved staying here! We were in town for a funeral, and the owner and staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Perfect location, incredibly comfy beds. This isn't a new building, but incredibly clean and comfortable - everything we could have asked for - and then some! Will definitely stay here again when we return to Manti.

Decent small town motel. Typical older motel but clean and relatively quiet. The maid service ( looked like teenagers) left some to be desired since they never removed the old used up bars if soap, and looked like they just threw the pillows back on the bed after making it. All in all not a bad little motel. Great for use as a base for riding ATV/UTVs on the beautiful Arapeen Trail system.
The restaurant next door was closed, thanks to Covid, which was a disappointment.

The host was nicest to shuffle things around for me to get a room. Very welcoming and hospitable. Due to covid the restaurant selections in Manti itself are slim- most are closed on Sunday.
The place is plain but very clean. Located on the main street but quiet.
Most definitely would stay here again.

The room was nice. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. The people were what made it special. We had several last-minute changes and issues with our plans and as we talked with the owners they were really helpful and nice. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Sanpete County!

We stayed overnight on a long ATV trip, parking our ATVs right in the parking lot. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the beds were in good shape, and the TV programming offered plenty of channels. I would definitely stay here again.
