The good is that this hotel is charming with old pictures from the movies, the room is comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and we did enjoyed our one night here. The bad was this non-smoking room had smoke in it. We had to open the window to air it out. Our window faces the street and the street was... More

Whilst the setting of Parry Lodge would have to be given 10/10 along with the style and ambience, there just seemed to be something lacking. Check in was slightly tedious with only one person on the desk at a busy time late in the afternoon. We had booked a 2 room unit (2 rooms - queen bed in each) but... More

This is a gem of an old school hotel/motel. The place is super charming, and the staff was very freindly and helpful. the cabins we stayed in worked well for our family of 5. The movie room had a 1 bed for 2 persons, 1 bed for 1 person, and a sofa for 2 persons. The 2 room suite had... More

Went there with our grandchildren, They weren't familiar with the old westerns so a lot was lost on them. Pool was not very warm and no hot tub. We were very happy but some areas are getting a little dated. Was not inexpensive but if you are any part of a baby boomer this is a good place to experience... More

We decided to stay at the Parry Lodge after a negative experience at another hotel. We were hoping for more personalized service at lodging that was not a chain. Unfortunately we did not find what we were looking for. There were some cleanliness issues in our room. Water marks on the tables and dirt in the sink when we arrived.... More

This hotel is a gem: the walls are covered with autographed headshots and newspaper articles from Hollywood's Western Era. The rooms have been updated and while not perfect are clean and appropriate for a historic property. Our rate included a continental breakfast or hot buffet with an upcharge. I thought the quality of the continental breakfast was very fair given... More

We were just in this establishment for one night and merely by chance, but I was fascinated to see the pics, many of them signed, of various movie stars on the walls. the desk person explained that in the 40s 50s and 60s, this was the only show in town as far as hotels went, so John Wayne, frank Sinatra,... I was told by family and friends who had stayed here before that they have a wonderful full buffet breakfast. When we arrived we were given vouchers for the breakfast. But not told exactly what. When we went to eat the nice hot breakfast, it all looked fabulous and then we were told we weren't allowed to have all of... More

This place is pretty darn cute. Not much has changed but you can tell they care and take pride in the place. My room was very very clean and had a small fridge in the room. The vanity where you can put your "face" on has great lighting...I know a lady planned that out...just sayin'. A parking place right out... More
