This park is centrally located at the edge of town, the park is clean and tidy with a great staff, I love the workout room, game room and added airbnb nightly rentals. We got to enjoy our own hot tub and soak on the back deck.

This was ok for 2 nights but sites were close together. There were many full-time campers there as well that look unkempt. The restrooms had been redone recently and were clean but I felt like we were out of place in our tent camper. It was close to downtown. This park needs some work.

This place is ok if you are just needing a place to stay for one night. LOOK AT PICTURES They tell you a lot about the super tight spots. Our pull through was so tight the guy next to us saw I was having problems getting in, came out moved his car. My RV is only 28’ but I still had to park sideways to get out of road. There were some spots that were nice (see pic), only reason I didn’t give them a “poor”. **best part of park was showers & dog park** Staff were not practicing ANY Covid safety procedures, no concerns whatsoever for your health & well being. We had to go out first to ensure no loose dogs before taking ours over to dog park on leash. Seemed there was no concern of dogs off leash. We didn’t have reservations so glad we got a spot, but as I was walking out. He tells me you can only stay one day, make sure you are out by stated time. I think all RVs know that. Strange? While checking in guy walked in stating lady in laundry room had a a washer didn’t spin properly & clothes are dripping wet. Guy behind counter says what do you want me to do about. He finally just tells guy she just needs to put them in the dryer. Just example of customer service I saw. You have to find your own spot with small placards. Had to get out to ensure I had the right spot. Highly recommend you do your research & look at pictures . We didn’t

Well I really want to like this place but there are so many issues that need work. Pros: nice location and some spots have nice views of the mountains Pull thru and back in full hookup Cons: Lose dogs and cats are everywhere and dog crap everywhere too. Management seems not to care about enforcement of any leash or cleanup. Power and water go on and off frequently. Many sites are not level No escort to your site so you may have to move. Close to the road so noise may be an issue Lots of stickers - watch your feet you track them in without knowing

The management doesn't care anything about the guests. The property is pretty much surrounded on the whole outside and some of the interior spaces by permanent residence with very old trailers and many barking dogs. The permanent residence walk through our campground multiple times back and forth to the trash and to the bathroom. It was so noisy for a few days when we got there we requested a move. Where we ended up on the opposite side of the park was better however would never visit this park again!!!

When we arrived we were given space 19 and when we went to it the hook ups were on the wrong side, so I called Susie who was working the office at the time and she found us another spot, #40 and we liked it much better anyway. Susie was always very kind and friendly. All of the staff was. The park was clean, the pool looked inviting and my grandson enjoyed every day we were there, when we weren't out hiking the beautiful area and slot canyons. I was there to get The Wave tickets, but of course, did not. Anyway, it was a very family family, clean and accommodating camp. They had basket balls for the kids to use, paddle ball, and lent us a connector /adaptor for our trailer. I really enjoyed this park. I recommend it.

The facility was fine and the staff polite. Check in was not terribly efficient. During our stay I did not see one staff member with a mask. I saw no notification that one was required. I saw no evidence of any extra care taken due to the Covid pandemic. For this reason I would not reccomend this RV park. The business obviously supported Donald Trump as well as some residence displaying Trump flags. This political atmosphere made it uncomfortable for us.

This is one of worse RV parks we have stayed. Over crowded, most uneven site we have experienced. There was white powder all over the septic connection. Think it was lye. No mask, or social distancing at check in, no help finding site.

This park is beautiful, wide pull through spots, newly remodeled, with a “Mountain View”, nice level gravel lot with lush grass and mature shade trees. Our space has a prepared fire ring with the bathhouse directly behind us and a fenced dog lot. I asked for a quiet spot and it is perfect. The clear clean pool is close by. Suzy was very friendly and helpful as we need advice for our needed camper repair. This is a campers dream Resort. We will be staying here again on our next trip.
