We found Riverside Ranch by word of mouth and are so glad that we made the trek to Utah for a visit. The RV Park is immaculate with extra-wide pull thru sites to accomodate any size rig. Sites have a fine red rock gravel between them to allow for plenty of distance between your neighbors and to get all the slides and awnings out. While the bathhouse was not yet open for the season a quick peak in the windows showed it to be in excellent shape. The WiFi was great. They even have electric / water sites down along the river for a more rustic stay. NOW for what really made this a special place... the views towards Red Canyon were amazing! The managers, Jan and Mike and the camp hosts Nicole and Joel went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. We had use of the group BBQ area and the group campsite. They provided information on the area in terms of when the parks were opening back up and what to see. This will be a great park to come hangout with friends and family and even has a large open space with a teepee in the middle for lots of family fun! They also stated that the motel has been remodelled and we feel this would be a great option to stay between Bryce (25 min drive) and Zion (60 min drive). We will definitely go back!

We stayed a few nights to tour Bryce Canyon. It’s not far from the park, so location to it is great. We stayed in the RV section. A few notes that I really appreciated. The booking confirmation email had every piece of information you could need (which is odd to write but when I got it, I wondered why everyone didn’t do this after I received it); owners were great; it’s very clean; the layout of the RV section is nicely laid out (none of these long, twisty, convoluted sections - it’s A, B, etc. and so easy to navigate); and good value.

We spent one night at the Riverside Ranch with our family of 5. The room was very spacious and clean! We were so excited to laundry in their facilities equipped with Speed Queen washers and dryers. In the morning we went to the office where the kids helped themselves to granola bars, juice boxes, and fruit cups. We would definitely recommend staying here! Coffee/breakfast burrito place is near by and also fabulous!

I stayed at Riverside Ranch with friends and family for a few days while traveling to participate in the local Bryce Canyon Ultras running event. Our stay was unforgettable in so many positive ways. Mike and Jan greeted us with a warm welcome and made us feel as if we were part of their family. They even baked a birthday cake for our group to enjoy as we were celebrating a birthday during our stay. They were easy to communicate with and very friendly and hospitable, as was the rest of their staff. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable and the property was beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the fire pit and grill each night and enjoyed the amazing scenery as we sat outside to bbq dinner and watch the sunset each night. It’s the perfect location for those planning to visit Bryce Canyon, Proctor Canyon, Red Canyon, and even Zion and Panguitch. It was hard leave Riverside Ranch at the end of our stay, but I look forward to returning again. Thank you Riverside Ranch for the unforgettable memories and perfect vacation get-away.

We stayed here mid July this year with plans to make it our base camp for motorcycle riding through Zion and Bryce. Getting reservations was no problem and then when we arrived we asked if any pull thru’s were available to make things easier with our motorcycle trailer. The nice lady (don’t remember her name) said “YES!”. We had a great, clean, level pull thru site and very nice neighbors. Walked down to the river and all over. Everything was super clean and well groomed. Got to ride Zion, but rained the day we planned ride Bryce :((. If we go that way again, we will be sure to stay at Riverside Ranch!

We stayed down by the river in a 26 foot 5th wheel. Up at the front are the full hookups; down by the river are the water/electric hookups. We had a fabulous site where we had a view from every window. River two sides, mountains one side All the sites are very well spaced and allow for privacy. Sites are dried grass, but I certainly didn't see that as a negative. Beyond the river sites are several tent sites, uncommon to have such nice tent sites in an RV park. The showers are absolutely COVID compliant and CLEAN! Water pressure great as is the water temp. There are raised slats to stand on when you get out of the shower; an absolute plus. All management and service support professional and pleasant. This is a wonderful park. BTW, someone else said bugs/insects were an issue. We are here in August NO INSECTS. We loved it here. We would def stay here again. half hour from Bryce Canyon.

Great experience. Mike and Jan went above and beyond anything I ever experienced by stepping up and personally baking a birthday cake for one of our group when non could be found in surrounding towns. We came to celebrate a 30th birthday by running the Bryce 30k event. Never imagined finding a cake would be an issue. When Jan offered to bake it herself I was overcome with emotion. Not only is the property a perfect setting but the hospitality is 100% genuine.
Well Done RR
Gratitude beyond words

Nice spacious RV area with full hook-up, fire pit and picnic table on the river. The hosts were wonderful and gave us ample warning they were turning off the water in the evening (because of freezing weather). There's a small store at the entrance for convenience. Clean showers and free Wi-Fi. We stayed for two nights and took in several beautiful hikes in the area.

My husband and I camped at Riverside Ranch after visiting Zion NP and before heading to Bryce Canyon NP. The location was ideal (not far from either park) and the camping spots were beautiful. The clean bathhouse was a short walk away with great water pressure and hot water. There is also laundry available (for purchase) on site which was a huge perk for us. Overall an excellent stay and well worth the $ !!

Sometimes life isn’t fair, and sometimes it’s not the campgrounds fault for a miserable experience. It was hot, unbearably hot. And windy, but not in the sense that it helped with the heat. Or the bugs. There is no natural shade and due to the wind, you can’t make shade. The people there were wonderful. Our neighbor saved our awning from ripping off. One of the grounds keepers helped retrieve our belongings from all over the campground. Our baby pool WITH WATER IN IT blew away. Anyway, if you could have built a fire, there was a nice fire pit. There is some activities for kids and the location was convenient to the major parks. The riverside sites looked nice but there is no swimming in the river. Utilities were good, internet was good, sites were clean and had nice gravel. I can imagine this being a much better experience in spring or fall. I would definitely look elsewhere for a summer visit.

The tent camping area did not have electrical outlets but there were several spigots around we used for dishwashing. We just got in the habit of filling our water at the National Park fill stations where we knew for sure it was potable. There were electrical outlets in the laundry, restroom and rec building.

Yes. There are some RV hookups next to the river. Some are also tenting.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you as we are closed in the winter... opening April 10, 2019. RV (recreation vehicles) spaces are $45/space. You will need (3) spaces. All sites are traveled, picnic tables are present at each space and a BBQ grill is available for your use at our recreation building. Each RV space is 45’ wide and 60” long. We provide 30 and 50amp electric hook-up, sewer dump and potable water at each space. If you book early, we can arrange all (3) of your sites to be next to each other. Let me know if I can be of further assistance to you. Bill Rakozy General Manager The Riverside Ranch
