We make the best of everything but were somewhat underwhelmed with the cabin. The pictures are accurate and the room was comfortable. My side of the bed seemed to be a little broken down. Bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were a few dead bugs in the bed. NOT BED BUGS! There were tiny bugs everywhere, the ones that die after a day so not the Lodge's fault. The cushions on the chairs outside were covered the next morning so how we knew it happened daily since they weren't there when we got there. It is very cluttered behind the cabin from the next property; again, not the Lodge's fault. The highlights were having a steak at the Outlaw Saloon - very friendly staff, and the convenience of breakfast across the street at Hatch Station. I wouldn't go so far as to say not to stay there! There is something for everyone.

Stayed for one night on the way from Bryce Canyon. Cabins we’re very comfortable and a welcome break from 2 weeks of camping. During our trip our RV bedsheet ripped and I asked April if they maybe had an old unusable sheet that might have a little life still in it. She delivered a bit later a sheet that easily was better than the one it replaced. Thank you April and all at the cabins. The campfire and s’mores were perfect. Go for it here, you won’t regret it.

Excellent hotel. Clean, quiet and perfectly in between Zion & Bryce National Parks. April was very helpful with check-in and where to go for food . I traveled solo and felt very safe. Cute town. Sunrise was beautiful.

We stayed in one of the "studio suite - king" rooms at Mountain Ridge Cabins. At check in, we were told that housekeeping had left the windows open due to an odor in the room. The explanation was that the odor was from something the previous guests had been cooking in the room. The odor never got better during our 2 day stay and could be smelled in all 4 rooms of the unit. We purchased candles and Lysol/Glade but it did not help with the odor. I believe the source of the odor was from a dead animal that was either in the attic or under the unit. I've experienced a very similar smell when a rat died in an old office where i worked. Until Mountain Ridge has that building PROFESSIONALLY cleaned, I cannot recommend staying in the "studio suite - king" room.

The BEST place to stay for Zion! Walk to park entrance and visitor center, maybe 100 yds. The hotel is next to the Springdale shuttle drop off. Also right next to the lodge is a convenience store, a good brew pub, and other shops. The staff is super friendly. They let us park early the day of arrival, so we could start our hiking adventure. They also let us stay parked after checkout. At check-in I accidentally left my hat there. The nice folks at registration returned it. All the staff was super nice. Even met one of their managers, he was very grateful for us staying there, and quite the personality. Kitchen has pots, plates, even a colander. Also includes dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent. Nice finishes on hotel room, updated and very comfortable. You can walk to town or take the shuttle. We walked to town for dinner one night, and took the shuttle back. Very convenient. The second night we had dinner at the brew pub next door (very good beer).

We stayed here for 3 nights while we visited Bryce Canyon. The location is great. Easy walk to few in town conveniences. Fairly quick drive to park. We would recommend it and would personally stay here again. Staff is friendly and efficient. Our room was fairly basic but adequate and the price was right.

We stayed in the motel side of the property. The room is very basic with no extra amenities. They did offer a bonfire in the evening for guests. There is a coffee shop in town and two places to eat. This is a very small community and the cafe across the street has food.

Loved the little cabin. It was comfortable, well laid out, hot water for showers, and they had s’mores in the evening. We really enjoyed the stay. Little coffee shop where they sent us for coffee was great too.

What a delightful place to stay. This motel has cabins and a few standard motel rooms. We just needed a place to sleep so we lodged in one of the motel rooms. The bed was quite comfortable. We needed a few things when we arrived and staff was quickly responsive. In the evening, staff lights a campfire and guests can cook s'mores and chat. We met some very nice people, which complemented the entire two-week road trip we were on. We were so comfortable, we opted to stay a second night. There are a few things to be aware of. The room is only available at 4 pm or later. Staff is not available 24 hours. Check-in is contactless. The one problem we had was a noisy neighbor who idled a loud truck for about 10 minutes at 6:30 am. It was enough to awaken us. There's not much a guest can do about inconsiderate others. Coffee if free at Servier Coffee Co. and it was delicious. They also have delicious breakfasts there. We also enjoyed the local bar - The Outlaw - for some fine draft beers.
