The camp sites are a little cramped but they have lots of things to do and activities for kids and teenagers. They have a swimming pool, playground, jumpy thing it's kind of like a big trampoline. So many things we didn't even get to do them all. And is very close to some nice beaches at Bear Lake some great... More

After spending the day on the lake this is a great place to stay for the night. During summer they do require multiple night stays up to 3 nights. Make sure you check before coming. We always rent a kamping Kabin that has power and AC. Helps us unwind from the day at the lake. They have a community kitchen... More

Rented this bike and the lady at the bike shop was so unhelpful and Rude. Needless to say that we won't be back even though it was fun I just can't support businesses like this! I would go some where else here in Garden City if you just wanted a solo bike or Tandem.

We enjoyed our stay in the campground. The activities are fun, and free! I understand that we have to wear wristbands to stay there, it wasn't that big of a deal. Id rather have a wristband on and know they won't get overloaded with non-campers crowding in on territory that we paid for. It was very kid and dog friendly.... More

By far my Favorite KOA to date!! This was our first time here. We had a bad KOA expierance in Jackson Hole KOA which is terrible, so to follow that with this amazing KOA made our trip! So many amenities for the kids, such a friendly staff, beautiful, clean, welcoming...absolutely the best. Thank you Bear Lake KOA!! We will be... More

This was our first trip to Bear Lake & wasn't sure what to expect. The people at the KOA where more than helpful. So nice & friendly. There was a playground that the kids loved & activities on the weekend. There is a little store on the property and also a small gift shop. There is a bike path that... More

This place has many activities for the kids. My three, ages 4 to 11 had a great time bouncing on the pillow, playing mini golf and riding their bikes around the campground. Yeah it's a KOA so you will be "camping" right next to your neighbors and they enforce quiet time but my experience was overall good. The front desk... More

We stayed there in our Fifth wheel and had to pay for each additional person staying with us. They pack you in as tight as possible so there is no privacy, luckily we had good "neighbors." On the upside, ATV trails are close, they have a fenced in dog play area, a small market, laundry facilities, playground and a swimming... More

Check in was so slow and they attach uncomfortable plastic wristbands around everyone that must be worn during your entire stay. I felt like a prisoner. The campground was clean and did feel safe enough to just turn the kids loose, which was nice. The tent and trailer spots seemed to be practically on top of each other. The cabins... More

We understand your concern. We have debated this subject often around the campfire. We get so many folks trying to come in and use restroom etc from the lake that are not guests to the KOA. Wristbands seems to be our only great solution. We would love to hear your ideas on a different option. Thanks for input More

Pros: The campground is very well maintained. Bathrooms and showers are clean. There are many activities for families with young children. There is a close by market with all the supplies you could need. Very accommodating. Cons: Very public camping. It is a bit crowded and noisy. Very rarely were there lines for the bathrooms and showers, but it happened.
