...a decent, clean, mom and pop motel with good amenities and location for the price. We paid around $75 a night including taxes so it's dang near as cheap as camping but you get a bathroom and hot water. I like the drive to your door option at motels when you're road tripping and the wifi worked, the fridge and...

It's a basic motel, nothing fancy but the staff was very friendly. They let us use hot water in the lobby to make oatmeal in the morning. The coffee was good and they gave sight seeing recommendations.

Stayed here 5 nights while hiking and 4 wheeling around Escalante. Good, clean basic rooms, not fancy. Microwave and minifridge in room, bring your own instant coffee. Owners very nice. Can walk to several restaurants. And was a great price!

On a rainy and cold day, we needed a warm place to stay. The check in was easy and friendly. Basic motel at a good rate. Staff seemed friendly and easy going. Could use an in room coffee maker and better coffee in the lobby.

This is a small inn located in a very small town. There is no elevator and the access to the second floor is an outdoor stairway. The room was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. We would stay here again!!

Super basic but great owners, comfy beds and walking distance to the entire town (small). Great price, great deal. Suggest better towels and coffee maker in room but overall good. Would suggest staying here and walk across street to Circle D for breakfast.

Nice room, clean, well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with a separate vanity outside of the bath area. Large refrigerator and microwave in the room. Friendly and helpful front desk personal. Good value for the price. Heating unit was a little loud.

This is the only year-round hotel in Escalante. Our second floor room was a basic room with two double beds (we were told all rooms have double beds). There was a mini fridge and microwave but we didn't use either. There is a flat-screen TV and a small round table and two chairs. The room had good lighting and several...

The building itself is solid and the room has everything you need , wifi, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, but the sheets were scratchy and the carpet was dirty. I mean not only old but not vacuumed! Heater smelled moldy. TV may not get all channels, need to call front desk to fix.

This place was my second choice because the first one was already booked due to some type of convention. I have to say that the room was clean and spotless. The place does have a microwave and a small refrigerator. The setting was set too cold as my drinks were frozen. There is no coffee maker so you have to...
