We loved this campground! The sites for tents were spaced apart and large enough for our large tent! It was nice to have access to laundry facilities as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again!
I would have to say that this was a rather quiet place to stay, even though the park was full. We were here in our RV, and noise from neighbors was minimal. However the shower situation here leaves something to be desired. The showers are in the laundry room, you go into the laundry room and there are the shower doors on one side, laundry facilities on the other side of the room, with tables and chairs scattered in between. It's not a nice feeling to leave your shower and come out the door to see a strange man sitting in a chair right outside your shower door, that was not there when you went in. A few other chairs were also occupied by men. Very creepy. This is a terrible setup, obviously designed by someone who cares little about privacy. If I stayed here I would never use the shower facility again. I would likely try the other RV park in town.…
Comfortable, cute, clean little cabin! We had #6 with very comfortable queen bed. The front desk was friendly, efficient. We could purchase firewood for our campfire there; it was so nice to have a fire and feeling like we were camping. We will definitely stay here again.
Hard to say what is best about this campground - the owner was friendly, gave us so much info, and made us feel very welcome. All the facilities were great - super clean bathrooms/showers near our camper, and the main area for laundry which included more showers and bathroom. Beyond that, the location couldn't be better for reaching all you want to see in Escalante National Monument as well as Kodachrome State Park. Lucky to have stayed here!
Spent one night here, loved the cowboy decor-antlers, horseshoes, bandannas etc! Cabin had two double beds and a single (bunk bed). Microwave, coffee maker, fridge. Deck outside with five chairs and fire ring. Cozy warm when it was freezing outside. The breakfast scones were so tasty. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Check out Georgie’s Mexican food or circle D for dinner!
