This place is great! Emma and Logan are the Best! This is our third year coming here and we will be back in May! Clean park and the premium spaces have amazing views! Highly recommend Escalante Cabins and RV Park. This park has Tent camping, cabins and RV spots.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had and I stay at a lot of different properties. We arrived within their posted business hours. There was a note posted on the door with our code to enter the cabin we stayed in. We were there for 2 nights and didn't see one worker a single time. The listing stated breakfast was included and is a big reason I booked this stay. We went over the first morning to find out about breakfast to find the office locked even though it was during their posted hours. later that evening I texted their text line because that was the only way to try and reach someone, so that I could find out about breakfast the next day. I didn't receive a response until hours after check out the next morning and we were already gone from the area. It cost me extra that I wasn't expecting because of their false advertising. I wouldn't have booked with them if it didn't list breakfast being included. If only that was the only issue I may not have even written this review even though I was upset about being lied to on the listing. the other big issue is the room had a ton of spiders. My daughter woke up with 6 spider bites and I had killed many spiders in our room. I know it is off season for that area, but if you are not going to take care of your property and your customers you should close for the off season. If there were no other places open in this area I would recommend you stay in your car rather than this property. Since there are other properties do yourself a favor and stay in those other properties. I emailed the property to give them a chance to address my issues before posting any review and they ignored me. Lied on their listing, had no one on the premises while we stayed there, which is unsafe and had rooms full of spiders, and no customer service when trying to address these problems. if I could give zero stars I would.

Escalante is a great little town that can keep you busy, even if you decide not to explore the vast area outside of the town. The cabins are right across the street from the national monument headquarters. Scott greeted us and could not have been more kind and helpful. The cleaning crew was beyond efficient and we had a wonderful stay. There are quite a few levels of accommodations here; I think it’s impossible to go wrong, whatever your needs and price range.

For a private RV Campground this was as nice as we’ve seen. We don’t stay in many, not our preferred place to stay, but this one served our purpose very well. Nice, friendly staff, quiet, full hookups. It has a very clean, large, well maintained laundry, and excellent showers. They even provide bathmats and washcloths for the showers, a very nice touch. The wi-fi was also good, strong and fast enough to be useful which is often not the case; often we find wi-fi advertised, but it’s too slow, intermittent or worse to be useful. We also like that when we make a reservation we don’t have to pick a spot, could do that when we got there based on our preferences.

We had a great stay. The RV park is a nice size but quiet even though it is by a major road (Hwy 12) The showers are hot and laundry facilities are very nice but just a bit pricey $3.50 or $4.50 per wash load and $2.00 to dry for 45 minutes. I would have given 5 stars but our Good Sam nor AAA memberships were not accepted so we didn't get the discounted rate we expected. The park is under new ownership and they are working on getting those discounts back into place.

We came out to Utah for a family week long multi-national park visit and stayed at the Escalante Cabins & RV park. We rented a cabin for one night and had our RV nearby. This was one of our favorite places we stayed at. The cabin was spotless and well appointed. The hot water for showers was endless. Check in was quick and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Although we weren't tent camping, as I was walking around I noticed the tent sites too are very nice and somewhat secluded. You can have a WOOD burning fire at night if you like. I would definitely stay here again! I wish I had pictures but I'm more of a live in the moment than document the moment kind of person. : )

Scott and his crew were wonderful. They catered to every need and helped when needed. Stayed in an RV site, but was so busy visiting Escalante, didn’t use it very much. Would go back if I’m the area again.

RV sites are level and spacious. Table and fire ring with each one. Entire park is gravel, but dust is minimal. We had other couples in cabins and location was convenient for gathering. Hosts were willing to do anything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Escalante area is remote, but if you like scenery and hiking without crowds, it is perfect.
