Very clean hotel room; everything in the room appear to be new and well maintain. Comfortable bed!! The people are nice and welcoming. Highly recommend very very clean!! Great location between Zion and Bryce Canyon.

The inn is very quaint. The rooms are excellent, the ambience is very nice. Breakfast was OK. We went in May and it was surprisingly cold, but the room was nice and warm, good supply of warm water. Overall very nice

We are about 1 hour from Bryce Canyon and also Zion National Park. We are 10 miles off of Hwy 89, centered between the two.
