It is an older establishment but very clean and well run. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I love hot showers so the I was pleased with the water pressure and heat. Location is really quiet since it is off the main highway. Walking distance to several eating establishments. Really enjoyed my stay.

Clean, if somewhat dated. Quiet, as it is off the road. Owner is pleasant and helpful. Town is small and compact enough to be walkable. McDonalds next door. Breakfast (included) is not great, but whose is? Fruit, waffles, cold cereal, boiled eggs and coffee. I would stay here again.

We stopped here on a road trip based on TripAdvisor reviews. Too bad, this hotel didn't live up to the reviews. The room was dirty (e.g., bathtub not clean, a previous guest's items left on the sink), there was only staff person in evidence (both when we checked in and early the next morning). He was distracted and rude. Worst... More

After reading trip advisor reviews, my daughter and I decided to stay here and it was nice and clean and the owner was very friendly. He even checked us in quickly so we could watch the very exciting end to the Denver Broncos football game! I have stayed in roadside motels before and this was nicer than those!

The motel is located on a side street, not on the main truck route through Delta, so quieter than most options. The owner was at the front desk. He was very welcoming. My husband had booked our room online, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a breakfast room as we walked to our room. It was the usual cereal,... More

We travel Highway 50 frequently to visit family and have had disappointing stops in Delta. We are very glad to have found this motel. It is very basic, but clean and well maintained. Mike, the manager, was congenial and helpful. And the price was right. They even offered a light complimentary breakfast which was as good as those found at... More

The motel is only a block off of the highway. The office and rooms are very clean containing microwave ovens and mini-refrigerators. The motel has interior corridors. There is a large unpaved parking lot. That is the only reason I didn't give excellent on hotel facilities. The owner is very friendly and is willing to help. He told us which... More

Tired of driving on the Freeway en route to CA from CO I decided to travel along HWY 50 for a change. Needing somewhere to stop overnight I chose the Budget Motel in Delta, UT. There wasn't much of a choice in this small town, but I have a feeling I chose wisely. The place is clean with everything one... More

I pulled in after 12 hours on a motorcycle to discover a crack in my tire. The fellow running the place immediately started placing calls to local parts shops to find one that was open. He also brought out a couple bottles of cold water for me as I unloaded the bike. And checked with me the next day as... More

For those that are picky, let me say this first. The hotel is dated, furniture old, and the off street location lacking charm. On the plus side, the room, carpet, linens, mattress and bath were clean, and the pillows comfortable. The air conditioner was pretty new and the staff friendly. With the bargain room charge, we have no cause for... More
