We picked this place because it was close to Bryce Canyon and the lodge was full. Basic hotel in an Sinclair gas station. Breakfast was coffee and toast. However the room was only $100 per night and it was clean.

This is a family owned hotel with a grocery store, gas station, & a food truck on-site; all reasonably priced. We stayed 2 nights, April 23rd & 24th. The room we had was huge & clean; the bathroom was somewhat small. Wifi worked well. Some TV channels didn’t come in good. I didn't have cell phone reception (AT&T)-- noting to...

My favorite thing about Grand Staircase Inn is the emphasis on conservation and ecology while still providing for the needs of the traveler. The pastoral setting among farmland and tidy houses a block and a half from the Grand Staircase Escalante visitor center is refreshing. Adjoined to so many outdoor recreation opportunities and at a great price - provided it...

This is a great little inn. We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness of the inn. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were a nice size and so clean! The inn has a little convenience store and a few fuel pumps near the front. Complementary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea are offered to guests in the...

This inn is about 20 minutes past Bryce in a beautiful little town, very scenic drive. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is over a general store that has food and also gas pumps. Coffee is provided in the morning, best to bring your own food (for all meals as there are not many restaurants). Very close to Escalante...

The people were friendly and helpful. Although the outside needed some paint, the rooms were very nice. It was priced right. We'll be staying again. The jetted tub was great. It was quiet and peaceful. the place was obviously well cleaned and we liked that.

This is the best place to stay to access the best trails in the Grand Staircase including Escalante. The Cottonwood Road leads from Page directly to Cannonville. The desk can help with local information and trails. Hotel has very large very comfortable rooms at half the price of similar rooms in Torrey, and hey, judge a hotel by it's towels,...

Very spacious rooms, large beds, nice welcome. Conveniently located close to Bryce Canyon and other wonderful natural sceneries. Small shop downstairs where basic breakfast is served. Very quiet in the winter but we loved it. Hope to return some day !

Large room, fridge, good shower, good bed. Inexpensive. Toast and coffee in the morning added to the yogurt and fruit we put in the fridge and we had a full breakfast. It was all great. Except....the afternoon we arrived was snowy and freezing, so after a short hike at Bryce we decided to cocoon after dinner in our hotel room...

We chose it for its location. We loved it. Big room with a little fridge. They also have a supermarket downstairs. Apparently they offer coffee and toasts but we arrived on saturday and the next morning was their day off. I would come back for sure.
