We spent two nights here and really enjoyed it. The views are amazing - the basin surrounds you and there is a lovely view in every direction. It was great having RV hookups, and the facilities were really convenient and exceptionally clean. This place is pretty remote, and there is no cell service. It was a little tough adjusting to... We loved staying here and it was nice to get away from the busyness of the national parks. We stayed here before heading to Bryce and enjoyed doing the Panorama Trail and riding our bikes. The landscape is gorgeous - very similar to parts of Bryce but without the crowds. The kids also did the Jr Ranger program. Horseback riding... More

Campground in perfect landscape and much less people than in Bryce. only drawback: the campground should have been built with less drive ways = asphalt. Good shade on the tent sites Sanitary installation in perfect shape

Lovely State Park, very quiet and peaceful doesn't seem to attract the crowds like the other parks. Our America The Beautiful pass wasn't accepted and we paid $8 admission. We followed the map and drove to most of the stops and had a walk to Shakespeare's Arch, followed the Panorama Trail and the Nature Trail, didn't see another person at... More

Kodachrome Basin was amazing. Colorful rock formations and multiple hike options. If you're looking for an easy going short hike or something a little more lenthy with some twists and turns, this is the place. I loved my visit here!

This park far exceeded my expectations! We loved the Bryce View Campground: no generators, nicely spaced sites, very well maintained. We enjoyed the very nice showers. All the facilities were very clean and well maintained. The hikes in the park were wonderful. We hiked Shakespeare Arch trail and Angel's Palace trail and would highly recommend both. We especially enjoyed Ranger... More

It was our 4th camping night on our road trip. I did camping at yellowstone, grand teton and Riverside at Moab. Among them, it was our best camping night. It is in the middle of the nature. The most wonderful moment was the night. Lots of stars were falling onto my head. We were in the Bryce view camping site.... More

Amongst Utah juniper trees, this campground is very nice. Large sites, a building with flush toilets and hot showers, amazing scenery. It's a bit expensive to book from their website though, and quiet hours aren't really enforced, as the couple next to me used their generator until 10 pm which wasn't allowed.

Being so close to Bryce Canyon, few people actually take the time to come to this hidden jewel. Colors and rock formations are just as grand as any other Utah National Park. As for the camping, it has all you could need (Firewood, RV Sites, Showers, electricity, .....) but no food/restaurant. We camped (tent) on site 17. We were 3... More

We stayed here 2 nights. It is a beautiful campground. It has some nice hikes of it's own. The sites are fairly large and private. Campfires are allowed. The hot showers are really nice. We were tent camping, and actually got snowed on in May, so the showers were definitely appreciated. The campsite is a pretty long drive from anywhere,... More
