Location for Bryce Canyon great, however, the negatives are plenty, based on my own personal experience; Air conditioning extremely noisy, so unable to use at night. Bed needs a new mattress as the springs are felt with every movement. Our television in our room was broken and it took 4 times of us chasing them to eventually be told, sorry,...

This motel is in the process of being remodeled. The room price reflects that while the restaurant staff and food was good, I will gladly stay here in the future. Rooms are small but serve their purpose. If you are the type person who expect the Four Seasons Hotel at budget prices, move on. You get what you pay for.

We stayed here one night between Zion & Bryce. Location to Bryce was great and price was great. However, room was sorely in need of finishing it's renovation. The bathroom had been done and had a great shower. Would not want to stay with children in this hotels electric outlets were hanging out of the wall with exposed wiring. Ceiling...

I arrived and was a bit concerned about the external appearance. It is being renovated and the building I stayed in was in the beginning stages of being redone. As for the room itself, I was unable to open the door so went back to main desk. Keys reprogrammed and again unable to unlock the door. I went back again...

The motel was undergoing a much needed renovation. My window AC was literally falling apart and a light fixture on the wall was falling out as well. They had upgraded the shower with nice tile, upgraded the locks on the doors to proximity cards (no need to even insert it) and were upgrading AC units on many as well as...

There are good things and bad things about this motel. First the good. We got two nights of good sleep in our room and the bathroom facilities were satisfactory. Most staff were friendly and willing to help although their efforts were not always effective. The onsite restaurant was very good and I would recommend this. The bad things now. The...

Do not stay at this hotel! The beds are full of bed bugs. Our bathroom fan had a lot of exposed black mold around it. The room walls are paper thin, you could actually hear the people whispering next to use. And VERY shoddy overall construction work. Next time we will stay in Panguitch, Utah if no hotels are available...

We just cannot bring ourselves to rate this motel "poor". It is indeed dated and well tattered. However, there are obvious signs of work being done to upgrade the place. Construction was going on during our visit. We learned that this is a family-ran establishment along with it's restaurant on site. The family and staff here are exceptionally welcoming, bubbling...

While it is true that Fosters is a bit run down (especially the exterior), it serves its purpose as an inexpensive motel. I paid about $80 a night where as other area motels were charging $120-$300 a night. My room was small and since it had a queen and a double bed in it, there was very little space to...

I stayed there with my dad for one night this May. We paid for a double bed room $80, which is really cheap compared to other hotels in that area. Also, its just a few minutes away from Bryce canyon. The beds are quite soft, my father thinks "too soft", but for me they were perfect. Clean and functional appearance....
