I arrived and was a bit concerned about the external appearance. It is being renovated and the building I stayed in was in the beginning stages of being redone. As for the room itself, I was unable to open the door so went back to main desk. Keys reprogrammed and again unable to unlock the door. I went back again... More

The motel was undergoing a much needed renovation. My window AC was literally falling apart and a light fixture on the wall was falling out as well. They had upgraded the shower with nice tile, upgraded the locks on the doors to proximity cards (no need to even insert it) and were upgrading AC units on many as well as... More

There are good things and bad things about this motel. First the good. We got two nights of good sleep in our room and the bathroom facilities were satisfactory. Most staff were friendly and willing to help although their efforts were not always effective. The onsite restaurant was very good and I would recommend this. The bad things now. The... More

Do not stay at this hotel! The beds are full of bed bugs. Our bathroom fan had a lot of exposed black mold around it. The room walls are paper thin, you could actually hear the people whispering next to use. And VERY shoddy overall construction work. Next time we will stay in Panguitch, Utah if no hotels are available... More

We just cannot bring ourselves to rate this motel "poor". It is indeed dated and well tattered. However, there are obvious signs of work being done to upgrade the place. Construction was going on during our visit. We learned that this is a family-ran establishment along with it's restaurant on site. The family and staff here are exceptionally welcoming, bubbling... While it is true that Fosters is a bit run down (especially the exterior), it serves its purpose as an inexpensive motel. I paid about $80 a night where as other area motels were charging $120-$300 a night. My room was small and since it had a queen and a double bed in it, there was very little space to... More

I stayed there with my dad for one night this May. We paid for a double bed room $80, which is really cheap compared to other hotels in that area. Also, its just a few minutes away from Bryce canyon. The beds are quite soft, my father thinks "too soft", but for me they were perfect. Clean and functional appearance.... More

Excactly what we needed for one night close to entrance of Bryce Canyon. I can't believe some of the bad reviews. It's a motel not hotel so don't show up with Bellagio expectations (which btw would charge triple the price in this tourist region). Fosters' price is unbeatable. We paid like 80$ for us and our three yr old. We... More

I agree with the other reviews that said it's basic and don't expect much. Pros: Bed and bath were comfortable, room relatively clean, and the guy was able to promptly fix our TV reception when we notified him we had no reception. Cons: we could clearly hear the conversation of the people in the room next to us, Internet reception... More

Although it was a budget option near Bryce, UT, if you can find a better accommodation for 30+ bucks, I would say go for it. Air cooler wasn't functioning during our stay and we had to keep the window open for ventilation. Bathroom facilities were limited and the ones that were there like shower and toilet flush weren't fully functioning... More
