I had a reservation, and called that morning to request a top floor room in a quiet area away from the elevator. The person I spoke to said no problem. Arrived, tired after hiking Bryce all day. Check in woman did not speak English well. Said we were on the 3rd floor. After a discussion about my request earlier that...

This hotel looks fine from the outside and is really close to beautiful Bryce Canyon. But the inside looks old and really needs an overhaul. The rooms are dark and unfriendly and the personnel is even darker and unfriendlier.

Didn't find the staff particularly friendly. Didn't feel welcome - we were processed at check in as just another chicken in butchery. They didn't offer advice on the area, and when we asked a question we felt like we were bothering and all the staff wanted is just us to retire to our room. He tried to pull on an...

Like many other guests we went hungry because the hotel shares it's evening restaurant with another Best Western (Ruby's) over the road which closes at 9pm and could not handle the demand. They won't take bookings. Instead you are offered the chance to buy some junk food to microwave in your room or trek out into the night in the...

We came from the Hampton Inn in Zion and the ambience at BW was less cheerful and light filled. Front staff were not very welcoming although efficient. Breakfast staff however were very helpful and friendly; the breakfast options were very good and better than that of the Hampton (other than much worse coffee), and the room suite was adequate, clean,...

If all you care about is having a clean bed and a big room and bathroom with a TV, then this may be the hotel for you. Downsides: - Completely devoid of any character or charm - Absolutely no connection to the beautiful surroundings (windows face either the interior courtyard or power lines/freeway and open only a crack so fresh...

Hotel was clean and great service. However the pool was closed so we had to drive across the street to the sister property at Ruby's Inn/BW. Had we known that pool was closed, we would have likely booked the BW across the street given we have 2 kids and they are promised the pool after a day of hiking Bryce...

Clean hotel in a great location close to food and the national park. If you have food allergies I would not recommend as the staff was not very caring or accommodating for this. Otherwise it was a great breakfast for no allergies.

Brought my parents to Bryce and couldn't wait to stay at Best Western again. I've stayed here twice before during vacationing at Bryce and wanted to bring my parents here because of the hotel quality. The rooms are large, the bathroom area is spacious, the breakfast has an amazing array of food items, and the amenities like laundry room, hot...
