Reviews Summary
This summary was created by AI, based on recent reviews.
Powered by AI
Cedar Breaks Lodge Spa boasts a cozy atmosphere with inviting fireplaces and picturesque views, often celebrated by guests. The lodge's prime location near national parks and ski areas adds to its appeal, as does its reputation for cleanliness and a range of satisfactory amenities, including pools and jacuzzis. While many guests commend the friendly staff and spacious rooms, some express concerns about the value, pointing to steep prices and less-than-impressive dining. Although most experiences with service are positive, occasional reports of slow response times do occur. Additionally, certain travelers have noted the need for updated room decor and improved temperature control.

I had a work related project in the area and needed a one night stay. i found this unit on VRBO . it was a steal. Winter Wonderland . Welcoming staff, beautiful, "cabin feel". Room was clean, comfy and cozy. Fire place in bedroom was a special treat. Opened the blinds to snow covered wooded area. Recommended to our friends and family!

Hotel's Favorite
Really enjoyed staying at Cedar Breaks Lodge at Brianhead. Well equipped room, quiet, they have a dry and wet sauna, and pool and 2 hot tubs. They have a game room downstairs, with pool, fooseball, and ping pong, and have a good selection of DVD movies available to watch for free. Friendly staff as well.

We knew very little about Brian Head before arriving, but the location was delightful. The slow-paced resort was lovely after hours of driving. We enjoyed the access to the national parks. Travelers should consider time of year, as the elevation does impact activities. We had 2 different units. The grand 1 bedroom was much nicer than the standard 1 bedroom. The kitchens were tiny, but adequate. Both units would have benefited from slightly larger tables. The room temperature was difficult to control. Both units needed some upkeep. When the bar was closed, you could order drinks in the restaurant but you had to order food. Underground parking was provided.

very nice room and the location to the ski area was great. the kitchen was a bit small but worked out just fine. the bar area of the restaurant was nice but a little pricey along with the goofy liquor laws in Utah. The food was good and overall a good experience.

Not only was the lodge BEAUTIFUL, but the staff members were SO kind. Everyone had a smile on their face and were oh so pleasant. They were helpful with things outside of what you would expect their scope to be. The second night I was there, I experienced an awful panic attack. I deal with them a lot and I usually know how to navigate them on my own, however this one was particularly bad because I think I was also dealing with some elevation sickness. I called the front desk around 11:!5pm to see if there was a medical center just incase I would need one. The staff member that answered the phone, Ivan, was one of the kindest humans I've ever dealt with. He was so kind to me. He let me know what medical centers were nearby but most importantly, he offered to stay on the line with me until his shift was over at midnight, which he did. He helped speak with me and keep my mind of my anxiety and what my body was experiencing. He said that the locals there usually eat canned peaches and drink the canned peach syrup to help with elevation sickness and offered to have another staff member bring a can up to my room. It was one of the most kind gestures I've ever experiences from a staff member of a lodge I was staying at. When his shift ended and he needed to leave, he made sure that I knew where to go if I needed any further help. He let me know that the security guard was on the premise all night and would be happy to sit with me if I needed someone to sit with. By the time he got off the phone, I had stopped shaking and my panic attack was already so much better than it had been when I called. To me, it was above and beyond a 5 star experience. I can't speak about them highly enough.

Cedar Breaks team is fantastic. With the ski hill steps away it gives an atmosphere of being outdoor enjoying life to the fullest. The rustic nature of the complex is extremely warm and inviting for all to enjoy. If skiing and boarding isn't in your plans, there are many other activities to enjoy in the region. One of our favorites was to go to Canyons for site seeing. The very knowledgeable staff (in particularly Cindy) goes in to great details about the canyons which are a short drive away. A wonderful place to rest and relax, or ski hard, or just a romantic get-away. You will always have a wonderful time at Cedar Breaks Lodge.

This was our 3rd time there and we had a great time. Snowboarding, snowmobiling and just outdoor fun. Fresh air and now the new mall/shopping area with more food places to visit. Nice walking trails and most of the road are pretty clear.

For needing a warm place to stay near the top, this place was sufficient. It was not overwhelmingly good or bad, just decent. Price was good, very clean, and friendly staff. The covered parking was a bonus.

People and location were amazing. The bed was horrendous...hard as a rock as old mattresses can be. Spoke to staff day of check out, they said they would be looking into for the future. Paid a bit too much money to have not been able to sleep for 2 nights.

Going to Brian Head has been a winter destination for our family for the past few years, and we've always stayed here. With the accommodation, service & quality you get, their price is very reasonable.
