This 1 bedroom had its charm but was a bit small for a family of 4. Check in was a bit of a nightmare with the front desk not having our reservation. After an 8 hr drive, the last thing my family of 4 needed was to wait in the lobby while I sorted it out between the front desk and Family Times Vacation Rentals. The room itself was cozy but a bit cramped for a family of 4. The bedroom did not have a door so there was no privacy or opportunity for my wife and I to hang out in the evening while the kids were down. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable due to the mattress being partitioned in multiple sections. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty so I had to go to the front desk to fetch some bar soap. Some of the cups on the kitchen shelf were obviously used and not washed prior to our arrival so we hand washed all the dishes/cups/bowls before using them. The shower curtains smelled of mildew. If there was better management of this room, I would recommend for a party of 2. This should not be advertised as a room for 4.

We loved the location and amenities at this hotel. We ran out of time before we got to use them all but it was nice to know they were there, like the pool and fitness room. I loved having our own kitchen.

Although the altitude was high, I researched prior and we stayed hydrated and took ibuprofen. Upon arrival, we also bought oxygen in cans and that helped as well. The room was very spacious with a wonderful full kitchen. The view was amazing. What I liked about the stay was it was near the Thunder Mountain snow mobiling and Brian’s Head.

The room was adequate but nothing special. It is an older facility and could use upgrading but everything worked, it was clean and functional. Excellent location near the Navajo ski lift and the shuttle was very convenient. When we stayed, they had a water leak and the bar and coffee shop was closed, which was very inconvenient. they voice-mailed us the day of our arrival with that news so it was too late to cancel or change plans. Not a lot of amenities elsewhere in the area, so that was a bit of a drag. But the snow was great and the overall price was cheap so average rating. The staff were very friendly.

Enjoy the resort and location to the ski area. Walking distance to ski area or you can use the Shuttle bus service to get around the area. Rooms very comfortable, and it is nice to have the a kitchen to use if you want to stay in and cook.

1st Floor room itself was pretty much fine - except snow outside covered the windows. Had no view and felt like a snow cave. Room 2125 was right next to the exit doors and was extremely noisy - noisy kids going in and out, ski boots on metal stairs, etc. The door that exits to the garage had no latch and therefore banged from the wind constantly day and night - and it was right on the other side of the bedroom wall. Looks like it's been like that forever, they knew what I was talking about when I called to complain, and have simply chosen to not fix the problem. The poor guests who have stayed in that room throughout the years. I actually tied the door open myself. Do not bother to make room requests and I was informed that they do not read them. Or in my case - they give you the exact opposite. They have a restaurant that serves dinner ONLY. They have suspended their liquor license and have no lounge, fireplace, meeting area - in the middle of ski season. The coffee shop was not open at any time that I was there - Friday - Monday. We went up the road to the Brian Head Lodge and it was really lively! Had an appetizer and a drink by the fireplace. Really nice! They also had a self-serve coffee bar for those who might want a warm drink after a day on the slopes!

Great easy place to fit your family to ski! 6 of us fit great in the 2 bedroom grand. We have been here 4 years now. Lots of space for all the ski gear. Only struggle is the shower head is either low pressure or stings like needles :/ but other than that. comfortable bed. easy kitchen to cook. convenient to the ski resort. Hot tub and pool is fun for kids.

Hotel flooded. Was not informed when I called in AM that all the facilities we wanted to use were closed. Pool, bar, gym, hot tub. Given key for another guests room. Room 3200 dirty limescale covered shower. Another persons dirty laundry left in room.

I was traveling with two 14 year old boys. The separate bedroom was worth the upgrade. My kitchen didn't have an oven so plan accordingly for stove-top and microwave cooking. The staff is very helpful. There is lots of storage space in the room (which I like for long stays). My only issue was the shower head is low flow (understandable) but it is too much pressure through tiny nozzles and it makes the shower a painful experience (on your face and unmentionables!). My group loved everything except the shower.
