Detailed Reviews
My husband and I booked three nights at Dreamkatchers on our tour of the Arizona/Utah area, visiting the Grand Canyon, Phoenix, Lake Powell, and Sedona. Of the 4 places we stayed on our trip, Dreamkatchers was by far my favorite! We’re usually Marriott people and had never tried a B&B before, and now I think we may be ruined for all future B&Bs because I can’t imagine any other hosts comparing to the experience we had at Dreamkatchers! Eric was so accommodating and friendly, had so much information about local restaurants and activities to make our trip extraordinary. The home was immaculate and beautiful appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were out of this world. We also loved stargazing from the coziness of the rooftop hot tub! I can’t say enough about our amazing stay with Eric and Jerod at Dreamkatchers. If you plan to be in the area, there is no better place to stay!

I was looking for a comfortable and affordable BnB between Bryce and Phoenix and stumbled across Dreamkatchers. After a day of hiking Bryce, the thought of a hot tub looking at the stars appealed. It was beyond our expectations. Eric greeted us outdoors and we immediately told him we were vaccinated without being asked. He gave us a tour, with the hot tub up a spiral staircase above the garage, the comfortable patio and spacious indoor sitting areas, and offered us a libation and showed us the room. He made sure to get our breakfast preferences and we also wrote in the time we wanted to be served. Every detail was there, extra towels, pillows, plenty of soap, shampoo, lotion, places to put our luggage, power outlets wifi. He gave us restaurant recommendations before the question was out of my mouth. The hot tub, amazing, the breakfast delicious, with attention to detail in presentation and our food preferences. Served like a fine dining experience, but Eric conversed like an old friend.
We left for home, refreshed and delighted with this experience. We've stayed at BnBs since the early 90s, and Dreamkatchers knows how to do it right, the best.

Where to begin…I had never been to a B&B before and was excited to experience one for the first time. Dreamkatchers definitely exceeded all of my expectations. My family and I stayed here in between visits to the Grand Canyon and Zion National Park. We were only here for one night but regretted not being able to stay longer. Eric was a very personable and helpful host with a great knowledge of the area. The location was stunning and the reading room in particular had a breathtaking view of the mountains. We certainly felt like we were given 5-star treatment during our stay-Eric anticipated all of our needs and we felt pampered during our visit. Our room was very comfortable and Eric was an incredible chef. This was definitely a much better experience than a hotel or Airbnb, and we would love to return in the future. We highly recommend Dreamkatchers to anyone with vacation plans in the area.

Eric is the consummate host, and Dreamkatchers is a very comfortable, clean, and affordable bed & breakfast in the Lake Powell area. We stopped on a family vacation to visit Zion, Bryce, Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend, and the Grand Canyon. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfasts were sumptious and satisfying. We especially appreciated how communicative Eric was in advance, and his advice for activities was spot on. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay at Dream Catchers, could not have asked for a better experience. The rooms/lobby was extremely clean, quiet and Eric was a phenomenal host. He is very friendly, helpful and made a great breakfast which we enjoyed on the outback patio each morning. It’s a nice quiet location about 10-15 minutes from Lake Powell, Horsehoe Bend and the restaurants /shops in Page, AZ. I will definitely be recommending Eric/Jarod and their Bed and Breakfast to any friends and family looking to visit Lake Powell. Thanks again!

We could not have been happier or felt more pampered and looked after by Eric and Jarod. Home cooked breakfasts every morning (not to mention home made smoothies to go before setting off on all-day hikes) were a particular highlight of our stay at Dreamkatchers, and a wonderful addition to a truly cozy, spoiling, comfortable B&B experience. The Asian and Cherub rooms were both exceptionally comfortable, and the views from the property were stunning. We were also extremely impressed by the efforts Eric and Jarod went through to make our experience as COVID-safe as possible, and felt at ease in that respect during our whole 3-night stay. Can't wait to come back!

My friend and I visited Arizona to see Antelope Canyon and we stayed at Dreamkatchers and were very pleased with out stay. Eric and Jarod are the most hospitable hosts I've even encountered. They met us on arrival, showed us the property including all of the amenities which included a very nice rooftop with a hot tub (which we enjoyed on a very cold evening that day). They welcomed us with wine and chatted with us and showed us to our room which was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We had our own bathroom and an additional bed. They also served us a wonderful breakfast where we met other guests and had very engaging conversations and exchanged travel tips on the local attractions. Eric and Jarod also gave us recommendations on local eats and helped with reservations for Secret Antelope Canyon as well as Horseshoe Bend. I would highly recommend their B&B to anyone visiting this area. Yes, there are hotels that are closer to the canyons but they seemed to lack the personal touch Eric and Jarod are able to provide. I guarantee you will be pleased if you stay here! Thanks again to the hosts!

I just completed my 2nd stay at Dreamkatchers. My first visit was with my wife and the second with my son. During both stays we had an amazing experience and look forward to our next visit. Eric and Jarod are incredibly generous hosts who truly nurture you and make you feel like you're family, while at the same time offering you space and tranquility in their beautiful house. The lodging itself is upscale yet cozy, and the rooftop hot tub is a great way to cap off a day of sight seeing or hiking (and the star gazing is spectacular!). Eric's breakfasts are truly gourmet and you'll have to try for yourself to understand how good they are. If you're out to enjoy the Lake Powell area or explore Grand Staircase/Vermillion Cliffs national monuments...this is the place!!

Response from Eric and Jarod, Owner at Dreamkatchers Lake Powell Bed & Breakfast
Responded Dec 15, 2020
So where to begin (the end is in sight!). 2020. What a year, what a season. In TWENTY YEARS of owning and operating Dreamkatchers as a Host of a seriously traditional B & B, no other year needed guests as this one proved. We missed our dearly loved International guests for the first time ever, including many of our own Americans. But it goes much much further than economics. Jarod and I like so many of you, needed fellow human beings to gather what sense of "normalcy" we possibly could salvage. From the first onslaught of March cancellations that were by the hour, shutting down to quarantine, then opening again filled with trepidation that we had done enough for EVERYONE'S SAFETY, we changed things around and faced the inevitable. We opened our door again to the outside world and welcomed guests that also needed normalcy in this upside down year. We're all human after all. Everyone has been affected by this. During a recent drive to visit and care for an elderly family friend, the 7 hour drive was one of reflection to the above. Another car on the road caught my attention with a bumper sticker that said "Pura Vida". Just the beautiful way it sounded was intriguing and I had to look this phrase up. It brought me to tears. It means "Simple Life" "Live Simply" "It's All Good" It's Cool". It was our guests that reminded us that we have continued this far because of THEM. More than any other year, we needed this so desperately and they came through our front door. You brought light to our Bed and Breakfast, and you also brought it to our hearts and souls and we are beyond words of gratitude. Thank you for keeping us so grounded. It is our deep, deep pleasure to know that even the smallest of tokens of light we gave YOU during your stay was enough to face your own world during this global health crisis. Under our roof, you're in our care. We've always guarded this as a priority. But this year it also entailed keeping us ALL safe. We'll continue this in 2021 for however long it is needed. 2021 is going to be coming sooner than later and we'll be ready because of you. Be safe everyone. Stay safe too. PURA VIDA! With love and kindness. -Your Hosts, Eric & Jarod

This small B&B (3 rooms) punches WAY above its weight. Our room was comfortable and cozy; the bathroom had decent counter space; the tub shower worked well; everything was spotlessly clean. The whole B&B is decorated to the Nth degree with obvious love by Eric, the friendly host. There is a lovely patio in back for breakfast & sunsets; another lovely front patio with a huge, flowering cactus for early AM enjoyment. There is also a central room with stuffed chairs and sofas, and another front room with sofas and a TV. The rooms don't have TVs or fridges but there is a full-size shared fridge in the garage. There is a roof-top hot tub (which we didn’t use). Eric's breakfasts on the back patio are huge and delicious, starting with a frozen, fruit smoothie. Guests stipulate the previous evening what time they would like their breakfast. This B&B is close enough to Page to serve as a very convenient base for exploration of the Page area. I'm not generally a fan of the B&B experience but for Dreamkatchers I'll make an exception! Very highly recommended!!

Amazing place to stay. The host was so kind and thoughtful by providing beverages, treats and an amazing breakfast. Accommodation was incredibly clean and thoughtfully furnished. It felt cozy and well taken care of inside the room as well as the shared spaces with a fireplace lit and coffee ready first thing in the morning. We loved the hottub positioned perfectly to watch the sun come up and down. This is an amazing place to stay and was a trip highlight.

yes, breakfast is included!
For local attractions 3-4 days - not much to Page township itself. Depending on how much you like driving Page can be used as a a base to access a whole range of locations such as the north rim of the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley and other NP in a 200 mile radius but my preference would be to stay at those places if I could.
I don't remember exactly how early breakfast can be served, but the innkeepers are so accommodating that I believe most requests will be granted. Just call them and discuss your needs. I'm sure they will address your concern for time.
