Overall this was a good stay, clean rooms and nice pools. Everything closes kind of early and opens up around 9-10am. We were frustrated because I asked the lady in the Ranger Station if they still did the $10 Castaway Cove tickets. She told me they did and you had to pick them up at the front office. I told my kids and everyone was super excited. When we went to the front office and they told us that Castaway Cove no longer honors the coupons. Which is fine, but update the website and notify your employees. Then I had two of my kids want to purchase the cup that is supposed to come with a free icee. The icee machine wasn’t working and when we asked if we could substitute for a root beer float or something, they told us we could only get soda. Which, once again is fine, but update your signage! Also, the blow up activities are not available at all times throughout the day.

Great stay. Loved the yurt and all the workers. And activities. Only thing I would change is no need to charge 10$ just to check in an hour early. We are already spending enough money at your establishment. No need to nickel and dime your guests.

This park is great for kids, our 3, 5, and 7 yo grandkids had a great time. We all enjoyed the 3 pools, maze, hayrides, petting zoo, and miniature ponies. We took the hayride and visited the petting zoo every day for the week that we were there!! The kids loved the splash pad, obstacle course, bouncing pillow, craft activities, archery, and candy bar bingo.
The cabin was very nice and clean. We rented #31, which had 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, couch, and outdoor patio. All the appliances and furniture were in good shape.
All of the staff members were very nice, polite, and helpful.
My family is already asking if we can go again next year!! and the answer is YES, we all had a great time!!

Our room was very expensive, and that would be okay if you didn't have to pay an additional $10 per person per day amenity fee, even if you arrive very late in the day after all of the amenities are closed. The "amenities" could use some work. The miniature golf course has multiple holes in the turf. The bubble pool started a half hour late because the bubble maker didn't work. They say if an amenity isn't open, just ask and they will open it up for you. I asked if they could open the splash pad. They said no, it opens at 11, look at the schedule. So rude. They charge $30 per day for a pet. Really??? The $10 per day extra for each person is not enough? I felt like they were just looking for any way they can to charge more money. I can assure you I will never go here again.

We needed to cancel our one night reservation. I called 40 days prior to that reservation to do so. It took 2 phone calls (2 days apart because I was waiting for the promised call back). I talked with 2 people on my second call and was told they would indeed (and have now) cancelled my reservation. The staff was very courteous while quoting the the corporate rules state that $25.00 of my full $102.00 deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.
I feel very wronged here. $25 is a huge price to pay for a cancellation. Corporate should be ashamed for such a gouge. I will pass the word along, where ever possible.

Ladies in the office had a horrible attitude with my husband when he thought they overcharged us. There’s also a security guard driving around with some kind of a God complex. They had some pretty fun amenities but not worth going back.

If I could I'd give this place a 100 ⭐️ star rating!!! I have to give a huge shout out to Frank, Jared and the whole entire staff here!!! They all have gone above and beyond!! Everyone is always greeting you with a smile and if you need anything they are always there to help. When we arrived we were trying to carry heavy coolers into our cabin, Jared and Frank saw us and immediately came and helped us. They are making changes to the place and for the better. Please be patient while they are trying to add different things to make it better. Out of all the places I've stayed in my life this is my all time favorite place and the best. This is our 1st here and definitely not our last!!!

It was a great place for my kids to celebrate their birthdays. Activities department made sure to give my two kids their undecided attention to make them feel special on their birthday. Staff was stopping buy the party to say hi and bring by yogi and Cindy Bear. Definitely recommend this park to anyone that's having a birthday party or just want to relax for a few days.

We booked several cabins for a family reunion. We were very close to cancelling, but were told there would be no refunds. Just before our arrival, we found out that they charge extra for sheets. Really? One cabin was very damp and smelled horribly of mold and mildew. Cups and silverware were dirty. We were told there was nothing they could do. Again, really? We could not sleep well as a result.
I cannot speak to the amenities because I did not use them. Extra charges for each person and internet were annoying, too.
We won't be back.

The kids do have fun but.. Our cabin was moldy and musty and just semi-clean- constant headaches and little sleep. We were told that's just the way it is, nothing to be done. We had to pay for getting sheets for the beds and put them on and take them off. Some dishes hadn't been washed. Everything felt slap dash and kinda icky. It was a family reunion or I would have left immediately. Oh, and once you pay, that's it, no refunds.

I believe they do have spaces. I do not know how much they are per week. They also have full restroom facilities available for campers. A playground for the kids.
