My wife and I stayed at the La Quinta Suites at NASA as we usually do for our annual Christmas shopping spree in this area. We always enjoy coming here like we have for the past 15 years. Will come back next year, God willing.
the room was very clean, sanitized, and comfortable. Would definitley stay there again. staff was polite and accomodating. outside parking lot was clean and plenty of space. i love the fact it didnt smell like other hotels. it smelled clean because it was.
Stayed at this hotel thinking good price and name brand hotel. Not a good experience. Nice staff but the building was musty and the rooms were smelly. Dirty towels found; lipstick and dirt. Breakfast was a packaged cinnamon roll, a fruit cup and a small protein bar. I'll pay a bit more next time and get a nicer place.
Place is dirty and in disrepair. Staff is rude and incompetent. Elevator is filthy. They want $20 to check in early??!! Pool is a cloudy green! Trash cans in parking lot and hotel lobby overflowing with trash
While the first floor room was large with high ceilings, two queen beds and a couch, the rest left us disappointed. *When we walked into the lobby, it felt musty and humid. It was worse in the room. The AC didn’t cool the room very well. Plus the room stunk of dogs/cats (which was worse because of the high humidity in the room). Lighting was poor (two lamps). *The only bathroom amenities offered were a bar of soap and a tube of shampoo. *Kids looked in on the pool but didn’t want to swim because it looked dirty and murky. *they also found a dirty sock near the tv stand. *On the plus side, the space themed art was cool. *At $179 a night (total) much more was expected (checked in at 7:30 pm on 4th of July).
