Could not be more happy I did the research of where to stay coming from New Jersey. Linda and Louis are AMAZING! They made the experience that much more enjoyable with the conversations and of course the breakfast. The rooms, house, and (especially) the porch are perfect. I stayed in the Twain room which was very spacious and intriguing. I did get to take a look at the other rooms and they all are great in their own way. The house is just a short walk from the square with cute boutiques, restaurants, and bars. I will definitely be staying there again if I am back in the area!
I drove up from Houston for a wedding and decided just hours before to stay at Chaska House. When I called, Linda was over the top helpful and recommended I stay in the Roosevelt Room. I’ve never stayed at a B&B before, and staying solo was a little intimidating but I’m so glad I did. The hosts felt like family and the other house guests were all extremely friendly. My room was adorable, spacious and inviting. I highly recommend staying here for a night or a weekend. I’ll definitely come back again someday- thanks for the hospitality!
So glad we found this beautiful B&B for our honeymoon. The room was clean and spacious! Oh, and breakfast was a mouthwatering experience!! Mrs.Linda and Mr.Louise were delightful and personable hosts.
What a special memory! Our 30th anniversary get-away couldn't have been better. The Browns are an absolutely delightful couple, and the B&B they have created in their Chaska House is most assuredly "top-tier!" Such lovely, and spacious guest rooms with all the expected accoutrements and plenty of "extras" to leave us feeling spoiled. The breakfasts were delicious and beyond "ordinary." We truly enjoyed our stay, and are thinking we just might visit again next year!
This is a lovely B&B! Linda and Louis Brown are topnotch innkeepers. Linda greeted us and made us immediately feel welcome and comfortable. Truly understand the meaning of "Southern charm and hospitality". We stayed in the Mark Twain room with an adjoining small room. It was very comfortable and the sheets felt nice. It was perfect for my sister and I to celebrate with our mother for her 70th birthday. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch and the quiet of the area. Breakfast was simply delightful. Louis did the cooking and Linda served. They gave us history into the Chaska House and the town as well as sharing their own personal memories of their life in the home. I really hope to make another visit with my husband for a special get away! Thanks for a great experience.
