They should be ashamed of themselves for the dirty cabin they let us stay in. I wiped down as much as I could but still felt like staying there was a health hazard. The wipes I used for the stair handle turned black, there were nasty stains on the fabric couch, layers of dust and dirt under the bed and couch and on top of the cabinets you can see from the loft area, staine pillows, nasty green colored stained and worn carpet in the loft. I laid out the mattress protectors they provided on top of the carpet because it was disgusting, the bed was old and tattered and sunken in and I dared not lift the mattress cover to see what lay under there. The old school air conditioning filter that was located on the floor!!! looked like it was caked with dust and dirt also. The tiny table was broken and stained as well as the folding breakfast chairs. At over $200/night this is unacceptable. Unacceptable in any matter. We actually ended up leaving a day early because my son started to feel ill and ended up having a sinus infection likely from the filth and dust. Especially in these times of COVID, there should be even greater cleaning measures in place to keep guest healthy. That is clearly not happening at this park. The website says they are taking extra measures to keep things sanitized and safe and I didn’t see anyone cleaning chairs at the pool area, Putt putt supplies, or anyone for that matter cleaning anything around the park. The public bathrooms were disgusting. The arcade was dirty and none of the games were functioning except for a claw machine that had old gross candy in it and a quarter drop machine. This is so very sad and actually infuriating. Additionally, no one is social distancing or wearing masks at all in the indoor areas or otherwise! We felt super unsafe here and felt that staying in the cabin was a huge health hazard.

We rented a cabin at Yogi Bear in the Pines. The grandkids really enjoyed it. They especially loved the water park and mini-golf! The pools were clean, the staff was nice and the food at the Pic-a-nic Basket was surprisingly good. The cabin was clean, the A/C worked great and the sleeping arrangements were good however the beds in the loft were literally a mattress on the floor. The ceiling is too low to stand up. We were thankful we brought sleeping bags as making the beds with bedding would have been difficult. Also, the beds were very hard so next time we'll bring a mattress pad. We were there in October and almost every campsite and golf cart was decorated for Halloween, that made for a really fun atmosphere. Saturday evening the kids went trick or treating, which they loved! The only downside were the cockroaches. I don't think I could have done another night with them. We killed at least a dozen in our cabin. And, we never did have hot water for a shower. We plan to return but next time we'll try a cabin in a different part of the park, hoping for less cockroaches. The only other issue was lack of golf carts. We had a person with disabilities and they didn't have any available. We rented an ADA cabin so assumed they would have a golf cart available to rent. We called a week in advance of our arrival but were told they were already sold out. Driving the car from place to place was difficult with all of the kids walking and riding bikes in the middle of the road. It's basically a one way road throughout the park so navigating from place to place was difficult. And, the disability parking in front of the store was often times taken up with golf carts and bicycles. The campsites were rather close together, we were glad we didn't have an RV or a tent! You could reach out and touch your neighbor at those sites. Other than that, the location was great, and it was nice and quite at night. People were very respectful of the quiet hours.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback! We are so glad you had a great time. For the future, we are happy to let you know we are making many upgrades and improvements to our Camp-Resort, including our cabins! In regards to the golf carts, we do only have a certain quantity and always recommend booking one when you book your stay so we do not sell out if you know you will need one. We look forward to having you back in the future!

Stayed here during labor day weekend in one of the Yogi Bear cabins and for the price one pays I would have expected a lot more. When we arrived the cabin was littered with dead cockroaches (guess I should be lucky they are dead). Little or no hot water unless you run 3 taps to produce enough flow. Gas cook top was functional, but made the whole cabin smell of gas for about an hour. The shower is so tiny that you literally have to wet yourself, step out to wash and then step back to rinse. Granted I am 6'3. The floor in the bathroom was sagging in certain spot, probably from too much moisture. The toilet was slanted at an angle, that made you feel it is going to give way at any second. No trash collection and there was only a single dumpster about 200 yds away. Just smacked of very poor maintenance. And for nearly $300 a night, you expect so much more. I would definitely not recommend this location.

This place is super packed in summer so be prepared for that. RV spots are also very close together and hard to get in and out of. It was clean on the RV side and pool was pretty clean but it’s old. I can imagine they rake in quite a bit of cash with how full and pricey it is compared to other RV places, but they do have the water park which is included. I just would hope they would spend some money on updating. We did enjoy the candy bar bingo and the sightings of the bears. Also the mini golf included was great as well. For water parks though I would go somewhere else.

The cabins were clean and the A/C ROCKED! The water park was fun for the kids but I had to drive back to the cabin to use the restroom because the bathrooms weren’t much better than a port-o-potty. One even smelled as such. Gross! Maybe if some of the grassy areas were converted to concrete or even astroturf the floors wouldn’t get so muddy and gross. Overall had a good time with the family and we will come back soon. We loved all of the available activities outside of the water park.
