I'm giving this property one star because the lady behind the front desk was nice. Room was yucky...bed covers had holes in them (but we slept okay). Bathroom door was falling apart, toilet leaked. The tub was clean, looked like a recent update. The in room fridge smelled horrible. Turning on the heater produced another smell. We stayed two nights....

We stayed here by default for the OU v. Baylor game (no other rooms available anywhere in Waco). It is one of the most horrid places imaginable. Bug infested and filthy are the best things I can say about it. We anticipated it would be less than perfect, and brought our own cot and sheets. The beds and "linens" had...

I wish I could have given zero stars. I realize the rate was $45 for one night and that this was a Rodeway Inn, but even at that...no. The room wasn't bad. We walked in and I was surprised it looked as nice at it did given the low price I paid. 15 min later and I understood why the...

Loved the staff. Honest and direct. This place had so much potential. For the price I paid, they should be able to renovate some rooms. For a similar room, in the condition it was in, I could have stayed at a hotel that was 30 bucks cheaper. The WiFi sucked-couldn't connect at all. Breakfast had the option of using their...

I have never stayed in a hotel this bad before. The property is run down. The parking lot is nothing but pot holes. The rooms are out dates and dirty. Spent the first two hours killing bugs. Property is a drug and illegal alien hang out. People cooking good in there rooms. Not a safe place to stay. Management does...

We checked in, and upon arriving we found no kleenex in holders at all, there were only one set of towels and we are a couple, which we used all of them and couldn't get any more than another set the next day. There was also no bucket for ice and couldn't get one? The continental breakfast is open until...

We visited Waco for Baylor's graduation and reserved this property because we needed two rooms and everything else was either extremely expensive or not available. The property is well located, not far at all from I-35 and Baylor University; however, that's probably one of the few good things about it. Granted, it's a budget motel, but it surely needs major...

At check in there's no military discount or any other discounts available. The outside looks like it could use some cleaning. By my room the stairs were taped up. In my room it l looked clean there's a flat screen tv on the wall. In front of the bathroom there was a big wet spot. I used three towels to dry...

I arrived at around 4:30 pm and check-in after I saw the room--not fancy, but relatively clean and pleasant, with fair pricing and a waffle plus breakfast. I didn't mind it, although some may, the motel's cliental appeared to be construction works--about 80 percent of the vehicles in the parking lot were pick-up trucks, 10 percent rack-body type trucks, and...
