First confusion was GPS maps it to Magnuson Hotel off I35, the signs say it is Deluxe Inn (still don't know for sure which it really is). It is just minutes from the Baylor campus, making the location excellent. The room was ok...sheets felt musty and were stained. I asked for and received clean sheets. The faucet in the sink... More

The room was adequate, beds comfortable, but there were young cockroaches in the bathroom. The breakfast was about as minimal as it gets. The waffle iron was an antique. About the best thing going for it is location on I-35 near the exit for Hwy. 77.

I checked into the hotel June 26th around 1130 pm. About 2 hours before that, I received a phone call from the front desk clerk saying she has charged my card that I had used to hold the reservation. She informed me that she did that so I can just come in and sign it and get the card to... More

Address makes the hotel difficult to find. Would have been better to give out GPS coordinates. Had a hard time finding the hotel - even WITH a GPS unit.... The room is standard motel standard. The out-door pool was nice. Several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast a bit on the "Spartan" side. We discovered a few insects (beetles) in our... More

We were traveling with our daughter and her young daughter. Our room was clean and very attractive and roomy. The breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful and courteous. We would stay there again.

We arrived late on our first night and the lady at the front desk was extremely friendly. The room was very clean and the air conditioner worked very well. The only complaints would be the beds are kind of hard and the toilet didn't have a lid. Other that that, we enjoyed our stay. Most likely will stay again.

Hotel is very close to Baylor Campus so if you're visitng your son or daughter for the weekend and need somplace near campus that is a good value, this hotel will work. I did not partake of the free breakfast while there so I can't comment on that. Bathrooms could use some updating as could the rooms overall, TV's are... More

Don't overlook this hotel. I'm one that prefers interior entrances but at the cost this was the best one for our budget. We were well pleased - rooms are older BUT clean, comfortable beds, AC and heat unit works well, and the staff at check in and check out was incredibly friendly and helpful! Didn't get to breakfast but it... More

My family of four spent one night at this hotel preceeding a visit to Baylor University. The hotel was very close to campus and convenient to the freeway and nearby restaurants. The reservations and front desk staff were very pleasant to deal with. Both front desk clerks were students at Baylor and were very forthcoming with help and advice to... More

The room was clean, nice and quiet, bed was comfortable. Wired and WIFI internet. TCM, FOX News and several other channels to chose from on T.V. Easy access from the freeway. Located in a 'nice area.' Spare breakfast, shut down at 9:30. Several eateries in walking distance. The staff was professional and attentive. I'd recommend it to a friend.
