Located a few minutes drive away from most of Waco’s attractions on a populated country road. The room we stayed in had everything we needed including a large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, small refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer. Towels and washcloths were adequate for our three day stay. The mattress and bedding were comfortable. Check in and out was simple with the owner meeting us and showing us to our room. The breakfasts were good and more than adequate. Our unusual dietary needs were well accommodated. The owners were very friendly and very knowledgeable of Waco with suggestions of things to see. The only problem we encountered was that it is a short drive back into Waco to restaurants and would suggest bringing some snack food for those days when you just do not want to drive back to a restaurant. We thought from some other reviews that there was an outside hot tub but this is not the case. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and plan to return in the fall.

We stayed in the Garden Suite. Parking was right next to our room. It was warm and inviting on such a cold day. Had rocking chairs we would have used had it not been 15°F outside. Bed was comfortable. The shower was tight but you get hot water almost instantaneously. The main house in the morning was enveloping with a roaring fire in the fireplace with bonus crackles we don’t get at home with our gas fireplace. Breakfast was made to order. They went above and beyond on service and hospitality. Dana and Retha were impeccable hosts. We are already looking forward to coming back.

My husband surprised me for a birthday weekend away without our 6 tiny humans. This was the perfect spot to rest, recharge, and connect. The owners were friendly, accommodating, and could not have been better host. The rooms were clean and well decorated. Breakfast was amazing each day. Wi-Fi. Easy to find. Great neighborhood. Hosts are knowledgeable of the area and provided great recommendation for local attractions.

Very comfortable beds. Friendly owners. Charming rooms, but a bit over-decorated. Good breakfasts. Nice outside bistro tables near rooms, but mosquitos are plentiful with all of the overgrown foliage around the buildings and walkways.

Needed a place to go for an after Christmas rest!! Celebrating my birthday on New Year’s Eve so we found this lovely B&B just out of Waco. Retha and Dana are great hosts. Retha helped husband by getting some chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling grape juice for my birthday. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We stayed in the Savannah Room. Husband calls it the tree house. Stairs to climb up to room. Beautiful decorated room with everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful. Bed was so comfortable that we hated to get up in the morning! Would definitely stay again.

Such a loving wonderful couple run this place, my favorite part of the experience was probably visiting with them over breakfast! The breakfast was delicious and they offer a variety of options. Our room was very comfortable, clean and had a nice shower and comfy bed. The quiet property is located next to a nice park that was a lovely evening stroll by the creek. Great hosts, would definitely recommend!

Wonderful and welcoming! We arrived at the Bed and Breakfast after dark. Retha meet us with a warm, friendly welcome and showed us to our room in the dark. That was just the beginning of the amazing hospitality we received. Breakfast the first morning was stuffed French toast and it was so yummy! We became friends with both Retha and Ruby, as well as the other guests that were there. Everything was simply amazing. By far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Thank you so much for everything you put into your Bed and Breakfast. It’s clear you love what you do.

We stayed here for one night and enjoyed the stay very much. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. We liked being outside the main portion of Waco. Very relaxing.
The innkeepers were friendly, informative and attentive. The breakfast was yummy. Anytime we come back to Waco - this is where we will stay and we recommend it highly for all others.

run by a very nice couple. very pleasant wooded country setting. Thanks Dana and Retha!
Upon arrival we were greated by Dana. He came out to welcome us and let us know not to unpack as we were staying in a cabin. We went inside the dining area and were soon greeted by Retha. The two gave us a rumdown of the local reatqurants and where we could take a nice walk in the morning. Such a terrific welcome!
