It was my Mother's Birthday and Mother's Day weekend. So, I treated her to a trip and B&B in Waco. She loves older homes and visiting with people and she got just that. Anyone who can appreciate craftsmanship, history and unique homes will love this place. The people that run it were very friendly and committed to making sure we... More

This was my first visit to a B&B, and it was amazing. Vickie was such a gracious hostess, the breakfast was awesome, was not even hungry for the rest of the day!!! So we missed out on some lunches, lol. Dutch was delightful and so full of life, at 92 years young. I will definitely be back, the house is... More

My sisters and I stayed at the Cotton Palace while visiting Waco. It was the highlight of our trip! Vickie was a wonderful hostess and chef who shared stories and information about the city, and who saw to all our needs. The beds were comfortable with high-end linens. Cupcakes and coffee were made available all day. Vickie's granddaughter, Haley, was... More

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful historic home. This B&B exuded Texas charm. From the perfect decor to the thoughtful cupcakes and coffee bar, it was all more than we could hope for. The breakfast was first class, and the owner made us all feel welcomed. I look forward to a return trip!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at the Cotton Palace. Our bedroom was beautiful with a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom has a jetted tub and shower. We were able to enjoy just about every beautiful room in the house. Not to mention breakfast both mornings was delicious, entertaining and served by Dutch. (92 year old former baseball coach at... Three sisters and a friend enjoyed a delightful stay at The Cotton Palace for three nights. Vicki and Jennifer were friendly and helpful, and Jennifer prepared delicious breakfasts. May's Attic was a beautiful, comfy "suite." An unexpected treasure was Dutch, our "server" - a Baylor legend full of stories, wisdom, and wit! You do not want to miss this experience... More

We have found our new home away from home! Vicki greeted us upon our arrival and showed us to our room. She gave us good advice as to what to do and where to eat while in Waco. The pictures of the rooms do not do them justice. We stayed in Lacey Ann's suite. The room was very comfortable and... More

The B & B was beautiful and charmingly decorated. We stayed here on a mother-daughter girls trip...it was fabulous! The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. The cupcakes were an extra special treat! Vickie prepared a scrumptious breakfast and Dutch was delightful! We can't wait to return! Janet Brown

The Cotton Palace was a great way to spend a long Memorial Day weekend. The accommodations were more than wonderful! Spacious rooms, comfy beds, luxurious linens. Everything we needed. Refreshments were always available to us, 24/7. The whole house was just immaculate. The owner, Vickie, was very personable, but not intrusive. She was a gold mine of information about the... More

Our girls trip took us to Waco this year and we stayed at the Cotton Palace. It was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and immaculate! Vicki and her "staff" were so helpful. I say staff. Actually her daughter, Jennifer, cooks the most wonderful breakfasts you can imagine. (Thanks so much for those extra five pounds!!) And then there is... More
