A very well remodeled hotel. Room was awkwardly set up, and I was recommended a patio room, but was awkward seeing people in the pool as I was sitting in bed. Continental breakfast was an additional $10 and did not look worth it. Staff was so welcoming, and I was overall satisfied with the room, although I wouldn't pay the... More

The Courtyard is in a perfect location to visit Waco. You are a very short distance to I-35, McLane's Stadium, Baylor Campus, Texas Ranger Museum, Suspension Bridge etc. Easy access to every place in town. The hotel is very nice and has been recently updated. My wife wanted to take the love seat home with us. The room was very... More

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Waco to see a Baylor Basketball game this weekend. Our room was not cleaned or serviced during our stay. Upon arriving in the evening, I inquired about room not being serviced and asked for towels and coffee to be delivered to the room. Employees seemed to be aggravated at... More

Spent the night with wife for a quick trip out of town. Great location. Service was great and friendly folks. It was quiet, being a Monday night. Room was on first floor and could walk out into the courtyard. Very nice and comfortable bed. Will definitely be back.

I've recently started staying here again after their renovation and the rooms and beds are very nicely updated. The staff is helpful, but there were no cups in the room and only one packet of coffee, which caused us to have to chase down the staff in the morning. We were also short shampoo, bath mat and towels, making be... More

Great hotel! After some serious negotiation, we were able to get a really great nightly rate. Our check in went smoothly, the staff were super, and we felt completely comfortable. It was easy to park, easy to get to our room on the second floor, and such a relief to be downtown. The room was impeccable, roomy enough, with a... More

This hotel appears new or remodeled. It's very downtown Waco and really nice. A lot of my family stayed here for our family reunion. I had zero complaints and would definitely recommend it. It's directly across the street from the suspension bridges which are stunning at night. Anytime I'm in Waco I plan to stay here.

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott, Waco, for an event at the Waco Convention Center. The hotel is directly across the street from the Convention Center, so there is no need to drive. Check-in was smooth. The rooms have been updated, but are relatively small. We enjoyed the walk-in shower. Breakfast is not included, but there is a breakfast buffet... More

Our stay at the Courtyard Waco was the best ever! Super clean, the view of the Brazos River was beautiful. Your night mgr; Jose Martinez saved my life! I called the desk when my potassium level dropped drastically, to find some bananas, and he sent some to my room within minutes. The last time this happened I spent a week... More

Nicely updated but poor service no WiFi. This Courtyard has been very nicely updated and is nicely appointed......BUT when I checked in it took 32 minutes for 1 single individual trying to check in 9 people in line. Also, another Marriott hotel that the WiFi service was not working, neither WiFi service!
