Victoria Coleto Lake RV Resort is one of the best places to enjoy the great outdoors in Texas. South of Houston, in an area that has been largely undeveloped, this campground brings a new meaning to peace and quiet while still offering all the convenient amenities of a modern day resort. Campers will love our long pull through sites with 50 amp service and so much more. Imagine, a tree-lined esplanade welcoming you to a 65-acre nature sanctuary attached to a newly renovated RV campground in the central gulf coast of Texas. Victoria Coleto Lake RV Resort lies directly across the road from the 3,100-acre Coleto Creek Reservoir. This is Texas ranch country, filled with open spaces and greenbelts blooming with wildflowers in spring.

Very friendly campground with a convenient cafe on premises. The food was good and the prices were resonable. We enjoyed the nature walk that ended at a catfish pond. The airconditioned laundry was clean and located close to bathrooms and showers. We will be returning.

I would never recommend this KOA to anyone. This park is very run down and very un-kept.It should not be a KOA. They do not mow the grass hardly. The spots are not level. There is no shade thru out the park. The playground has no shade and gets very hot in the summer time. The pool was not clean half the time. The staff are very rude. The workers on the golf carts fly thru out the park. They do not slow down for no one. People speed thru out the park, we complained several times and the staff did nothing about it. So if you have children or pets you better watch out they will run you over. The laundry room was very hot, they have the temperature set to like 80 and one can not change it . They did not change it the whole time we stayed there. The bathrooms/showers were not open half the time for some reason. The sites are small. Hardly no parking. There were ants everywhere around your site. They did nothing about it.The cafe is only open for 3 hrs a day 4 days a week and closes at 8so if you work late one can not order. This park is not a family/ friendly park to stay at for a long period of time. I would not stay at this park ever again. Its not worth it. This park does not put on any activities for children / people who stay here.

We only stayed here for a few days and was impressed with it. It was nice and quiet. Spot was level. Showers, laundry area are very nice. A Hunts Pizza is on property and open at night. Got one it was good. Office staff was friendly and nice. pool looked nice but did not use. If traveling through here again we would stop.

This is a nice clean campground even on All gravel. Friendly staff and a nice laundry room with change machine. Club house with Hunt Brother Pizza. That was a nice surprise. We wish we got a better site by the club house but overall ok. Bad cable service... too cold to swim but the pool looked great.

Certainly recommend this KOA. Spacious park, friendly service. Sites even with little patio and barbecue. We had no cable but it was available. Not sure how. If going in Sumner the pool is very small. Certainly it's a return place for us. We had a pull through with 27ft Winnebago travel trailer. They had large sites for the large motor homes. They picked up trash every day. We even sat our propane bottle out and they filled it and brought back. Nice trees at back if property. Lots of places to walk. Found a nature trail and a little pond.
