Had two rooms rented and all four guest were ate in two nights. The BED BUGS had a feast while we were sleeping. Will never stay there again. I am Calling the health department and motel 6 corporate on Monday morning. I have bites on 60% of my body. I have never seen this many bites on four people in my life. Stay clear!!!!

Please know that we are on high alert regarding this issue and are mindful to monitor our rooms in order to address, treat and terminate any issues if we discover them. We have designed a thorough and strict procedure to address all complaints or potential issues within our hotel. Unfortunately, bed bugs are a world-wide problem and present a unique challenge due to their highly transient nature, traveling easily in luggage and clothing. This is why we continually train our housekeeping staff to proactively monitor all guest rooms for the potential presence of bed bugs and have standing contracts with professional exterminators to treat affected areas in case any are discovered on our premises. No room gets released until we have and all-clear from them. Please contact our guest relations department at 1-855-787-9864 to better address this situation. So this being the first time I've ever really had to give a Motel 6 a "zero" stars rating. I'll try to keep it simple. First off the first night my friend and I stayed there there was a booking snafu and we ended up getting a smoking room ( We are both non-smokers). They couldn't help us out cause it was 11:00ish when we checked in and there were no more non-smoking rooms available. So we stuck it out and hoped for the best. In that room it had not been properly stocked, it was dirty, mold on the bathroom ceiling, & rotten spots in the bathroom walls, and blood spots on my sheets. The next day they were able to let us switch to a non-smokers room( for an extra fee). So we went to the Tex Ren Fair & came back exhausted. That night right before I was going to sleep I started feeling like something was biting me. I jumped up and started checking the bed (I recognized symptoms and signs) and sure enough, "BED BUGS"!. We immediately packed up and demanded a refund. They did not want to give us a refund cause we had use of the room for the full day. So after much arguing they did refund for "only" half. DO NOT stay at this place. Not worth it at all. This place is a $25 a night value. Do not waste your time, energy, safety, health or money. You could just end up taking home new friends that will end up costing you thousands of dollars to get rid of. This place was only interested in making as much money off you as they can and giving you the lowest quality experience.

When we walked into our room, there was a terrible, dirty smelling odor. My husband saw the cleaning staff a few doors down and told them about it. The man just came with a can of air freshener. He sprayed so much it made the floor wet, and I almost slipped after he left. That only masked the smell temporarily. The curtain had the hooks missing on each end, so the window was not completely covered. The floors were dirty, and I had to wear shoes when I walked around in the room. I tried to use the room phone, and it did not work. All of this I reported to the girl when we checked out. She just stared at me and said "OK." Made no attempt to apologize, offer reimbursement, or even say "thank you for letting us know." I don't expect luxury with Motel 6, but there is no excuse for a dirty room, broken things, and rude staff.

No coffee. Website says breakfast. Being. Motel 6 I at least expected coffee. This motel 6 doesn’t have coffee in the morning. I can tell that this was a nice place at one time. Going downhill fast. Sloppy paint, but the biggest disappointment was no morning coffee

The place is very good overall, they missing some basic thing on Breakfast like bread and butter, eggs and bacon, but the swimming pool is clean, room service works, and they have a big heart. Thanks guys. Parking is very easy and spacious
