2018 Christmas part

The rooms are very nice and clean, The bed was a little uncomfortable the first night, but adjusted to it the 2nd night. The service was excellent and the facilities nice. Was a rainy weekend did not do much outside.

The Woodlands

We just checked out of this wonderful resort. Everything about it was first class. Their 6 water attractions was so much fun. Our granddaughters couldn’t get enough. Also the food and staff were first rate. We will certainly go here again!

Great Place to stay and Play

Rooms were clean, bar was hoping, and food was good. The entire time i was on the facility, i felt as though i was being looked after with the utmost care. The best part about the trip was the rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Do the deluxe suite and balcony suites have a separate bedroom where you can close the door? We like to put our little one to bed in the living area and be able to close a door and watch tv without waking them. The pictures look like it does but the hotel staff said they weren't sure when I called strangely enough. Not sure how you don't know that detail about your own hotel!

I had a regular room so I cannot answer. Does not surprise me they cannot answer your question, a lot of the staff are very nice but generally clueless about the property.
