We stayed at Marriott the Woodlands Waterway because it was so close to Woodlands Pavilion for a concert. The hotel is located near a lot restaurants. At check in, Ling Hsia was super nice and took the time to go over the times for the restaurant and show us on the map where we could find things to do. There is walk way from the hotel to the parking garage of the Woodlands Pavilion, which was great especially for not walking in the heat. I would highly recommend checking this hotel out

We had booked a room with a competing hotel but when we got to the room the door wouldn’t shut and there were ants in the bed. We left immediately and went to the only place we could trust to meet our demands for quality, The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Conference Center. We were met with kindness and although the late hour and no reservation we were treated as if they had been expecting us. Bisharat helped us book our accommodations and put us a beautiful room with an incredible view of the waterway. There are times when the word luxury must give way to opulence, this was one of those times. Not only was the room and service beyond compare from where we had been, but the price was comparable to what we had paid at the competitor. We want anyone who reads this to know that this is a place you can come to in confidence. When you come here know that they are waiting for you even if you never called and they will do everything they can to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We got checked in and Madi was so energetic and amazing!! She gave us all the information on the area and made our anniversary amazing! When we walked into our room it had a bad smell and hair on the sink bad we went down to the front desk and Madi switched us to an upgrade. We will definitely be returning because of her and the amazing hotel!

Lucas Bandy parked my truck and I was able to rest assured I was safe after dinner to retrieve it. Going out in the city can be intimidating after hours. I appreciate that I could go out with my girls, and I was safe getting back into my vehicle after the night was over. I’m very grateful for his services 🙏🏼

I left my business laptop in my room at checkout and did not notice until later that evening when I arrived in Dallas. I contacted the hotel and worked with Marilyn R. She was very responsive and helpful in ensuring I had my laptop back in my hands by 10 AM the next day. I sincerely appreciate her and her team’s support in helping me with my issue. The restaurant/bar has good food and great service. Special shout out to Stacey during the day and Marissa in the evenings Very good friendly service. Try the French dip, with a side salad, blue cheese dressing.

This review is for my experience with front desk only. I did not stay at the hotel but did go to the bar. Great bartenders! I briefly spoke with Liz and Marco (or Marcos) at the front desk ( not at the same time) asking about parking and rates for rooms. They were both cold, uninformative, did not smile, very short and couldn’t be bothered. We ended up getting a room at Hyatt Centric at Market Street Shops where front desk staff was NIGHT AND DAY compared to here.
