The previous occupants dirty towels were still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Rooms smelled heavily of tobacco smoke. Yes they take pets but they are not really taking care of the hotel. Breakfast consisted of starch only, no protein or fruit.

This hotel is super clean, they were shampooing carpets of dog rooms as we were checking. Someone was wiping down the chair rail in the hallway. Very clean rooms, as with other La Quintas, breakfast is going downhill very trip. Breakfast is enough to get you on your way and down the way. I like milk and cereal and toast....

I was passing thru on the way to Atlanta GA and decided to stay here based on the room rate and the reviews. The place is comfortable (albeit I didn't feel that comfortable because of the Buddhist gods and statues or shrines they had in the lobby) in my opinion they should remove that for any other person that is...

We have stayed at this hotel many times and the staff, especially Richard, has always taken care of all of our needs. The location is very close to all areas of interest in Terrell as well as the interstate and outlet mall. We teach SCUBA diving and travel from Louisiana to do our check out dives at a SCUBA park...

The hotel was good overall. But La Quinta has really went down hill on the free breakfast. There is very little choice if you don't eat waffles The coffee has become the instant Nescafé type out of a machine. It is not fit to drink. This property seemed clean and taken care of. The front desk was helpful and friendly.

Mark and Richard are great clerks! They have taken care of us for many years. This fine motel has great clerks. Both are genuinely concerned with the quality of my visit. They ask about my satisfaction and follow through to meet my needs.

Pleasant spacious rooms, wi-fi, outdoor pool, laundry facilities, interior rooms and comfy beds. Clean and friendly but annoying ongoing loud maintenance and it was very easy to hear neighbors and hall traffic.

Well I expected more out of this hotel chain. Upon entering the lobby an elderly couple was visiting with the clerk. Apparently they had enough rewards points for a free stay but was denied and told to drive 20 miles to the next hotel. Only the Manager/Owner could authorized who was in Hawaii. You could tell the woman was very...

It was a clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable beds, the pool clean. The only problem I had with it was the when I first turned on the air unit it smelled very foul, but it didn't last long and I didn't affect the over all smell of the room either.

My families stay was a night passing thru on our way to Florida. Everything in our room was fine but two things, the pillows were uncomfortable and the tub looked like it was about to un-caulk its self from the wall.
