While exploring the "ghost town" of Terlingua on our way to Big Bend, my husband & I decided to have breakfast/brunch at LaPosada Milagra. It is a small building with tables out on a patio area as well as a few tables inside. We sat outdoors and enjoyed the cool morning. My husband & I both had the omelette special... More

The rooms are great - beautiful stone walls and courtyards that make you feel like you're glamping. All bathrooms are outside the rooms -- either community baths or private. But somehow, you really don't mind. It's a short walk down to the restaurant, which serves the best breakfast tacos and coffee with Ranchero music in the background. There seriously may... More

My fiancee absolutely loved the place and it was a nice little hotel. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms (and therefore had to share a bathroom) but it was still a great stay and would be my first choice of hotel for our next Big Bend trip. We had little contact with the staff besides checking in, but... More

Ruined by rude and inappropriate server. The Mexican place up near the intersection rocks with great service....why put up with the attitude here. I would rate the service a negative if I could on this one. I have been all over the US and the world and the service in this place is the worst. Sorry but she earned it.

Just left after 2 nights. Would have only stay 1 night if we had know better! While it looks "cute" on the outside and they tried try with nice linens cookies and s few bottles of water, but it was down hill from there. The room was their superior double For 185.00. No smoke detector!! It was a very small... More

My son-in-law's mom and I stayed here for 3 nights, the beginning of March. She had stayed here previously. The room was comfortable and full of character. I felt like we had discovered a secret hide out, we had so much fun. Breakfast at the little cafe is delicious, and the staff are excellent. It is within walking distance to... More

I stayed here when the hotel first opened and then again a few months ago, and give the owners kudos for their continuing work. La Posada Milagro can seem quirky to those who are used to hotel stays at places like the Four Seasons, but it has so much charm that it makes up for any amenities that are lacking.... More

We love the gals who work there so much, and absolutely respect the fact their cafe serves some of the most wholesome food in the ghost town every day, and they do it in the middle of nowhere. I hear alot of customers complain because this place can't compete with a big city cafe, but really Posada is an oasis... More

We stayed in the Chisos Suite at La Posada Milagro. It had a private bathroom, though the bathroom was located outside of the room. The location in the middle of the Terlingua Ghost Town was super neat, and the views were fantastic. There was a cold front when we came in, and the room had a fireplace, however it was... More
