We expected a simple Hotel room, but the room is fare away from the rate we paid for! Light covers are missing or damaged, the toilet tilts when in use, the Hotel is offering no breakfast. This hotel is definitely only a money machine and the owner don’t cares about his customers

Uninviting inside and out. Clean but only the basics so way overpriced...one feels taken advantage of. Bar and restaurant uninviting as well, no breakfast offered and junk all over the place . Owner seems not to care. At half price it could be considered barely good.

I stayed there for one night last week. I was bitten by the bed bugs all over 100 times from top of my head to the bottom of my feet. My room was infested with BUGS! It is a serious health concern to anyone who is going to stay in that place. On the 2nd morning I talked to th

This aging hotel is one of few places to stay in the Big Bend area and we felt that the owner took full advantage of that. We paid the highest price for a hotel room here on our whole month long vacation and the room lacked basic amenities including facial tissue, water glasses/

Stayed here on the last night of our visit to Big Bend National Park, and we thought it was a decent place. The room was quite well decorated with western motif. The accommodations were acceptable though the bed was creeky. The TV did not work, but we did not ask it to be chec

Is there a coffe maker or ice machine?
I hope the Tour Bus is cleaned up before we get there. Five nights with musty odors will have me screaming. We'll be there in April. Are there any kitchen items in the bus?
There are no kitchen implements, utensils, pots and pans, cups or anything. Also, the front AC was not enough to cool the bus so expect HOT temps to boot.

Are there a few pictures of the interior of the tour bus? Does it have a microwave and/or any other cooking items?
We are coming in January 2017. Is there a fridge in the single rooms? Can a fridge be requested?
There is no fridge,no microwave, an old tv, and sometimes hot water for shower, very remote place.

So...(1)still pet-friendly? (2)is breakfast included in the rate? and (3)is there a pool?
They don't serve any complimentary breakfast. The rooms are small and plain. This is in the middle of a desert. There is a cafe at the hotel and other places to eat nearby. Every race is welcome. They don't tend to judge anyone there. Terlingua is a place for everyone to do what they want and when they want as long as they don't interfere with others.
