We used Trip Advisor before going to Big Bend National Park. Lodging inside the park was not available but did not sound great either with no TV and no WIFI. So we read the great reviews on Big Bend Casitas and they were right on. Our cabin was new, clean, and comfortable. I will recommend this place to anyone who...

The casitas are so comfortable and well-furnished. Two king-size beds, kitchen table, coffee maker, dishes, and glasses; fridge. Good bathroom. Front porch with two rocking chairs. Housekeeping keeps the casitas spotless. Can't ask for anything better. A great bonus is you can book guided raft trips on the Rio Grande or guided hiking trips in Big Bend which we did....

Spacious, clean and attention to detail. The bathroom has its own heater. Rocking chairs on the porch. Two gas grills available! Felt like home. After a day in Big Bend, we enjoyed a glass of wine on porch watching sunset and really did NOT want to go hunting for supper - had two thawed burgers in our cooler and threw...

The casitas at Far Flung are charming and perfect after a long day exploring what Big Bend has to offer. They are close to Terlingua's attractions and restaurants and perfect for our group of 7 ladies who went on a hiking long weekend trip. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well kept the casitas were. We loved being...

Casita #1 - two queen size beds, modern bath, kitchen with micro, coffeemaker, small fridge, sink. Roomy! Spotless! Quiet! A small porch on the parking side, large porch with rockers overlooking a beautifully landscaped courtyard. Fire pit at dusk to gather around. Well done! It is about 20 minutes from one of the BB National Park entries, but the park...

The casitas are self-contained cottages with bathroom, two queen-size beds, closet area, and kitchen with refrigerator, sink and microwave. They have a wonderful covered front porch with two rockers and a table, and they are spaced for privacy and to give everyone a view of the sunset and sunrise. They are beautifully maintained, and the surroundings are landscaped with desert...

The "casitas" at Far Flung are adorable. They are spacious, clean and very attractive. Our casita was brand new, made of natural wood and even had vaulted ceilings. There are lots of little "extras" - wide front porch with chairs, heater in the bathroom, large shower, a well equipped kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. The beds are comfortable. The grounds...

My husband and I stayed here in October. We absolutely loved it. The location can’t be beat. You’re a few minutes from Terlingua, about 20 minutes from the park entrance and right where you need to be if you want to do any tours through Far Flung. The cabins are incredibly clean and tidy. The kitchenette is great for making...

We were only able to stay one night. We were hoping for more since they are close to the big bend national park. There are only 12 Casitas and they are close together and on the same grounds as the outdoor center. They have ice and picnic tables. Someone went through a lot of work to plant a garden around...

I could go on for hours about how much I love this place. The accommodations, the staff, the comfort (those sheets, those beds!), the views...all unmatched. I believe this was my 5th (maybe 6th) stay at the Casitas. I'll never stay anywhere else. The Casitas are my home away from home. The staff is amazing - professional, dedicated, friendly, and...
