Absolutely not the same standard of all other Marriott I stayed. No mini bar in the room. I've asked for slippers and they said that hotel have no slippers. Bad food provided for the seminar lunch. It's a big hotel. Rooms are not bad. Position is exellent. But lower usual standards.

My Husband was charged $150.00 at check in for incidentals and it came out of our account immediately - we have traveled and stayed at all major hotels over the years but never experienced money coming out of our account at check in - SERiOUSLY? You have our card on file to apply charges as they occur this is unbelievable...

It turned out that this was a busy weekend for this Marriot! When I checked in ahead of my husband I was told all they had left were double beds, and not the king that we had reserved. After checking out the room, I went back down to the front desk and told Joe, who was in duty, how important...

Interesting location and convenient if you want to do some walking around or shopping. Definitely noisy at night (maybe just weekends) so not good for families with children who could be affected by live loud music. No ice machines.... so hotel has to pick up ice and bring to your room. Public parking around the block or valet at $25...

Great hotel just the right place to spent the weekend, it is close to all the action in sugarland, the bars and restaurants just a walk away, and there are events on the weekends in the town hall plaza.

In a word, this hotel is just: Lame! Not great, not a nightmare... just bland with sprinkles of suck. Visited with family and had high hopes that it would stand up to all the positive reviews. But that was not the case. First off, the room was a lot smaller than expected, and when they advertise double beds they mean...

very well located, close to very good restaurants and stores of all prices and tastes. The hotel is very cleaned, comfortable, the gym is very, very good, the pool is very good too. Service is nice, internet is not free, only for Marriott rewards members. Free parking a couple of meters from the hotel.

Dear NoronhaByJU, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! I am glad to see that you enjoyed both the hotel and the surrounding area. I think we have a fantastic gym on property as well. While you are correct in that there is a cost for in room internet, the Marriott Rewards program is free to join....

As stated , this Marriott is in the middle of the the Sugar Land Square which has it good and bad sides. Great restaurants and bars close by, with lots of associated traffic. Valet parking is expensive by comparison to major hotels elsewhere, self parking is cumbersome at best. The streets are small and tight , especially on weekend nights....

I had a one night stay at this property and thoroughly enjoyed the bar and room. I made a detour to the bar after check-in and had the best jalapeño margarita that I've had anywhere. I also opted on the loaded fries, which were heavy with pulled pork. Really, really good. My room was a king-bed room and was very...

We stayed twice in this hotel the last weeks. First time experience was not that good with very unresponsive staff and wrong rooms. Second time it was better. Good size room, good airco. Rooms are aging, bathrooms could certainly receive a make over. Pool is nice. We like to location a lot. There are excellent breakfast- and diner options on...
