I really enjoyed my business trip stays in Marriott Sugar Land. Noori Janjani, Carmencita Gito, and their staff always took care of me during my stay here. The property was well maintained and the executive lounge was well stock with snacks/hors d'oeuvre during happy hour time. Complimentary wine would have been nice option to avail in the executive lounge room. The Ambassador suite was very large and clean; a couple "real" glasses would be a nice add-on in lieu of plastic cups. Parking was free and the hotel was close to restaurants and F45 workout center. All and all, Marriott Sugar Land is a perfect stay for business trip.

Our daughter gave us tickets to a comedy show which was on New Year's Eve at the Smart Center. She also made reservations at this hotel so we would not have to drive back home after the show. The location of the hotel was perfect as the Smart Center is the next exit from the hotel. The hotel is located in the Sugarland Town Square across from the plaza. The self parking garage is conveniently located ( valet parking is an option), great restaurants and shopping were in walking distance. We were impressed with this hotel become we arrived as the Sunday before our Tuesday arrival, we received theost welcoming email. The email thoroughly answered all of our questions about our hotel stay. I had never received such a welcoming and extensive email from any hotel. When we arrived, the staff was diligent in spending time with each guest. Our daughter had reserved our room on the concierge floor which had the concierge lounge on the floor. Also when we checked in we were informed that our room was not ready. The front desk person offered to get his Manager who assigned us to another room on the concierge floor. Staff was helpful with suggestions in the area. The concierge lounge was about to open as we were heading out for our show. One of the hotel staff interacted with us while we were waiting for the elevator. She was very welcoming. The hotel is very nice, in a great location and extremely welcoming. I would definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

Highly recommend! This hotel is in a great location, surrounded by shopping and food. Parking is free in a parking garage (self parking) and staff was so kind and always greeted me. I was able to check in early and told them I was traveling with a 14 month old so my room was prepared with a crib, baby bath and bath mat for the tub! The bed was very comfortable, we slept great! Housekeeping did a great job, we stayed 4 nights and they refreshed our room whenever we needed it. Queenie, the director of operations followed up very often to make sure our stay was going well and she was very responsive with my questions. They have a microwave in the lobby available 24/7 for guest use. The only thing that could be improved would be a microwave in the guest room itself. When we went to use it there were two other guests waiting on us. We didn't get to use the pool because it rained during our trip but it was very clean they provide plenty of towels in the pool area. I would love to stay here again!
