The online photos are very deceiving. Every room photo on the hotel's website show a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Our view is an alley overlooking condos. Also, the hotel is outdated and dingy.

This was the first time we stayed here and really enjoyed!!! The staff was very helpful and friendly, we stayed an extra day because we liked it so well!!! We had a gulf view but unfortunately it was hazy till the day we left and the drinks at the outside bar were pretty darn good plus we will definitely stay here again!!!

Shout out to Rene the GM, Chantal at the front desk and Maria (Doña Mari) for their wonderful service and great customer service attitude. They are exemplary. They made our stay wonderful. Last year we enjoyed fajitas at Taco Palenque inside the hotel, but they moved their location. This year we tried the street tacos at the Seaside grill and they were delicious.

Rated 1…. The food at the beach restaurant was not very good. The fries were yesterday leftovers, probably cooked 3 times over, the bread was hard, the restaurant said they were out of pineapple so they could not make Pina Coladas. (Who runs out of pineapple at a beach resort). The water was good.

The Bartender was great! She was very professional and very Sweet! Even though there was a language barrier we found that communication was easily fixed with translation applications! I know it's tough to be nice all the time, but this young lady made it look so easy! I would hire her in a heartbeat! YALL better keep her happy as she makes the best ambassador in the world!!

Easy access to the beach. I really enjoy the 3 pools too. Then the food and drinks are delicious, thanks to Chef Alex and the bartender! I'll definitely be back and bring my boyfriend. Also, the staff is very helpful.

The hotel has multiple buildings, we stayed in the ocean view room. I assume it is hard to keep up with the Oceanview building with all of the moisture from the gulf. Definitely mold issues throughout the building. The rooms are run down, need a face lift. The lobby is very nice, gives the hotel a misleading approach. One of the pools was under construction at the time, disappointing.

Room is ok, there is only one night stand next to the bed with one electric outlet. There's one sofa chair but there's no table to place your drink or anything. Couple of incidents at check-in. I paid the stay and dine rate, I received the breakfast coupons and the I asked about the food and drinks credit offered in the tariff. The attendant looked confused and her attitude was a little rude to explain how the credit worked saying "do you have anything that states otherwise?" Wow. They should also put more care on their directions to get to the room. She only wrote the room number and explained there were two towers, somehow I went to the wrong one. Food and drinks are priced fair. Although the two drinks I got weren't served as expected. One should have pineapple slice which they didn't have, the other one was served it on two plastic glasses, that probably means it should have been served in a special or souvenir glass. Price was not adjusted for missing items.…

This place is terrible. Since check in is at 4 pm they had us waiting around for three hours in the hot lobby. We were sweaty, hungry, could not find parking as it appeared to be overbooked with all the people waiting around for their rooms to be ready as well.We were told our room would be ready no later than 4 possibly 3. At 3 we were told no it still was not ready but were assured it would be at 4. So we got into the long line which had formed at 4 & waited only to be told it was still not ready. The girl at the front desk dismissed us while I was still talking saying they were very busy! I just told her to cancel it and we went to the Hilton Garden Inn where we were quickly assisted and check into our room within 5 minutes. Just awful experience all around & from Im reading now I guess this is the norm for this hotel. Do not waste your time or money!…
