This condo complex is located on the beach, has three pools, has a bar and little snack shack where you can get burgers or nachos and such. Complex is very clean and well-run. It is a gated complex and very safe and secure. The unit we rented was very nice. There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance. I... More

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo that had everything you needed. The pool was nice, the elevator broke, trash disposal broke, but it was right on the Beach. We could enjoy volleyball, water activities, the sunset, good seafood, good happy hours, and more!!

Beautiful is all I can say. Loved every minute of my stay. Was very comfortable and alot of room for a group of friends. They had two large pools and a hot tub and a beach access that was at leat 100 feet away . Very much enjoyed my stay would definitely come again

We stated on the top floor of Saida 2. The view was beautiful and the unit had everything that we needed. The grill was terrible, overpriced and slower than molasses! Skip it and take your own food to the beach, or go down the beach to another place to eat. We wasted an hour waiting for two burgers and a... More

We stayed in condo 2405. I have nothing but great things to say about the condo. Very nice and updated. This condo has a great view of the beach. It is a gated complex with security. I was very excited about the 3 pools however there are 5 different complexes that share these pools. They would get so crowded. I... More

We stayed 7 people in a two bedroom condo for 5 days and had a fabulous time. The condos are right on the beach! They have umbrella and chair rentals there too in case your not prepared. The condo was fully equipped with full kitchen and laundry amenities. Mostly all condos have views of the beach and pool area. There... More

Security was very nice they greet you as you enter and keep tabs on everything that's happening. You feel secure here for sure. The condos are very spacious but they are dated. We stayed at 3701 Saida III and it was nice but the furnishings were dated but still fine. The balcony and views are top notch with easy secure... More

Okay, one cannot control the weather, but there are assorted other factors that make unit 3801 a place to totally avoid. "Well Stocked" Laughable. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. The wind positively HOWLED through the door.. The dishwasher, for which we had to provide our own soap, did not get dishes clean. We had... Girls get away for the weekend at SPI. We stayed at the Saida II room #402 and had a blast. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen that was fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony with a fantastic view. The... More

Family trip to South Padre stayed here for a week. The place has been refurbished somewhat and has a nicer feel to it. Rooms are cleaner and more user friendly. They have installed new: Flat Screen TV's, Ranges, Microwaves, washer dryers and toilets/faucets. Over all they have done a good job. The beds are still the same though. Lumpy, noisy,... More
